In recent years,with the rapid growth of the traffic volume carried by the road network in the province where Qiqihar is located,the highway maintenance work is becoming increasingly onerous.The more the highway develops,the more modern maintenance is needed,the maintenance workload is getting bigger and bigger,and the technical content is getting higher and higher.Preventive maintenance measures of highway pavement have been paid more and more attention because of their advantages such as effectively prolonging road functional integrity and reducing maintenance costs,but there are still many problems to be solved in its large-scale application.For example,different maintenance opportunities and maintenance plans will lead to great differences in maintenance funds,and different road conditions will also make the corresponding opportunities and plans face a variety of problems,and scientific and systematic decision-making technology is particularly important.Based on the evaluation of the use of the "one horizontal and one vertical" highway network in Qiqihar,this paper uses the "highway technical condition evaluation system" to detect the technical condition of the pavement.Through the evaluation of roadbed,pavement,facilities along the line and structures of bridges and tunnels,the evaluation index and grade of highway technical status are formed,and then the road condition information is obtained.The model equations for predicting highway RDI,RQI,PCI and SRI are obtained respectively by using a regression analysis trial algorithm,so as to realize the prediction of road performance.Regularized least-squares regression was used for fitting and prediction,and the up and down road sections of representative highways were selected for fitting and predicting RQI and PCI respectively,and a decay factor model was established.According to the survey data of highways in Qiqihar City in the past year’s,six kinds of preventive maintenance measures are compared and analyzed,including the addition of SMA asphalt wear layer,fiber macadam seal layer,micro-surface,the super-adhesive wear layer,synchronous macadam seal layer and high osmotic regeneration reductant before and after maintenance.It analyzes the improvement of pavement performance with various maintenance methods and the delay of pavement condition attenuation.The decision of maintenance timing,the choice of maintenance methods and the selection of maintenance road sections are discussed.Taking the Tailai-Daan section of the Nentai Expressway as an example to illustrate the entire process of optimizing the pavement maintenance and maintenance program.The analysis tool of the "CPMS National Provincial Trunk Highway Asset Management System(CPMS NTHS)" is used.Based on fully considering the influence of the maintenance analysis model,according to different maintenance priorities,according to technical requirements,economic conditions and maintenance policies and other factors,the maintenance decision-making of the selected roads are optimized,and feasible road maintenance and maintenance schemes are proposed.This paper expounds the evaluation of the use status of the typical highway network in Qiqihar and the process of determining the maintenance scheme,constructs the pavement performance attenuation model,and compares and analyzes the effects of different preventive maintenance measures on the pavement.it provides a scientific basis for the optimization of highway maintenance technical countermeasures.
