The planar mobile three-dimensional garage is mainly composed of entrance and exit equipment,elevators,handling trolleys,control systems.It has the advantages of safety,reliability,high degree of automation,high efficiency of loading and unloading vehicles,high parking density,and high space utilization.Based on the design of a plane-moving three-dimensional garage,a moving trolley is designed.Based on the analysis and comparison of the previous moving trolley,a fixed clamping distance moving trolley is proposed,which can improve the space utilization of the three-dimensional garage and improve the stability and transmission accuracy of the moving trolley.Through the investigation and analysis of several commonly used threedimensional garages,the research on the handling trolley was carried out.The first chapter first introduces the characteristics of the intelligent flat mobile stereo garage and several other mainstream stereo garages,as well as the situation at home and abroad.The second chapter analyzes the working process of the planar mobile intelligent three-dimensional garage,clarifies the important role of the transporting trolley,and collects the main data of the vehicle to be transported for analysis,and determines the working mode of the transporting trolley and the selection of the main mechanism.The third chapter focuses on the construction and analysis of the clamping arm model,the selection of the braking system and the driving system,and determines the main dimensions of the handling trolley.In Chapter 4,the finite element analysis and optimization of the trolley clamping arm are performed in ANSYS,and the design is verified by the analysis of the results through motion simulation The fifth chapter analyzes the working process of the handling trolley,briefly describes the characteristics and selection of the PLC,and completes the algorithm of positioning the centre of the handling trolley under the control of the PLC.Through the analysis of the handling trolley,the handling trolley is more stable,the structure is more compact,the floor space is smaller,and the design requirements are met.In view of the large deformation of the gripping arm of the handling trolley,the finite element analysis is performed using ANSYS software.The analysis result proves that the fatigue life of the clamping arm can meet the actual requirements after optimization;the trajectory of the moving trolley is set according to the actual situation in ADAMS for simulation.The simulation results show that the moving trolley meets the design requirements;the simulation process is controlled by PLC and completed The selection of PLC module,the algorithm of positioning the center of the handling trolley.It will play a positive role in the further development of the flat mobile stereo garage.
