The tunnel lining trolley is a non-standard special equipment in the secondary lining process,which mainly acts on the concrete lining construction of the tunnel rock surface.Traditional arched lining trolleys have the disadvantages of complex structure,small working space,and low degree of automation.A new type of gantry-less lining trolley developed by an enterprise has effectively improved these disadvantages,but its stress has become more serious.This paper combines the needs of enterprises with this new type of gantry-less lining trolley as the research object,using finite element analysis software to conduct strength and stiffness research,and under the premise of ensuring the mechanical performance of the machine is safe and reliable,the lightweight design of the lining trolley,the main work is as follows:This paper first analyzes the structural composition and main construction processes of the new type of gantry-less lining trolley;the concrete pouring process is divided into four working conditions according to the characteristics of the mechanical properties of the concrete in the cavity to ensure that the analysis results are more authentic.And analyze the load of the template under each working condition separately;establish the physical model of the lining trolley in Inventor software and import it into ANSYS Workbench for finite element modeling and finite element analysis to verify whether the strength and stiffness of the whole machine meet the design requirements;the structural optimization design of the stress concentration area of the lining trolley was subsequently implemented to achieve the lightweight requirements of the lining trolley and the improvement of the mechanical properties;finally,a real vehicle test was performed at the construction site,comparison and analysis of finite element simulation stress value and field test stress value,and the results of the analysis effectively verified the correctness of the finite element modeling.This paper uses the finite element method and optimization design method to analyze the new type of gantry-less lining trolley,which effectively shortens the research and development cycle,improves the product's mechanical performance,construction efficiency and lining quality,and reduces the company's research and development cost.
