In recent years, the industrial park development projects have experienced explosive growth in China, forcing many indigenous people to leave the original community and be concentrated in urban communities, along with large-scale demolition projects. However, the aborigines have not yet finished the transformation of citizenship psychologically, and the conflict between urban and rural concepts has led to the chaos of the culture of resettlement communities, which runs counter to the people-oriented urbanization concept. As the focal point of the conflict between urban culture and rural culture, the cultural construction of resettlement communities needs to be changed, and the research on the social impact of park development by domestic and foreign scholars has still not comprehensive enough. Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance to the research of park development and settlement community and its cultural changes. This paper takes the resettlement community in the park as the research object.Firstly, through the questionnaire survey, the characteristics of the community after the impact of the project are firstly understood. Then,in the participatory observation process which lasted more than one year, the community chess and card room was taken as the main place to observe and penetrate into the community life.In the process of contacting, interacting and communicating with the aborigines in the chess and card room, the scope of observation was extended to all aspects of community life, the real life of the aborigines was displayed from an internal perspective, and the behavioral logic, social psychology and ideological concepts behind cultural phenomena were revealed; Finally,in response to the problems in the process of community culture development, put forward proposals targeted cultural construction.Through research,it is found that the construction of the park development project has a subtle influence on the social interaction of the resettlement community,urban-rural collision and integration, and values, which can be summarized in three aspects.1)Cultural characteristics in social interaction: In terms of community activities, the cultural needs of the aborigines for fitness and recreation increase, and the group mobility is obvious;in terms of community organization, the social circle of the aborigines is relatively closed, and the spontaneously formed groups rely on acquaintances and hobbies;in the case of community conflicts, frequent land use conflicts reveal the weakness of aboriginal public consciousness, and the reduction of disputes caused by gambling reflects the enhancement of rational consciousness;in the sense of community belonging, the acquaintance society among the aborigines is an important source of sense of belonging, the isolation of foreign populations and the absence of community management lead to a reduced sense of belonging.2)Cultural collision in urban-rural differences: In terms of traditional culture, the resettlement community continues the traditional festival’s food culture, but it is also influenced by urban culture and faces the inheritance dilemma of folk culture. In terms of lifestyle, the old school represented by the old man in the corner faces the spiritual predicament of being marginalized by the city. The adaptation school represented by the pioneering old people practices the urban concept in the rural way, while the integration faction naturally forms civilized habits and concepts under the guidance of the reward mechanism.Civilized habits and ideas. In terms of family relations, the elderly live alone, and the anomie is behind the spiritual dilemma of emptiness and loss of value;the aboriginal family has developed a new family model of “separation without separation”,forming a kind of intimate relationship with borders;Conflicts of interest pose serious challenges to family ties and ethics.3)The change of values: In terms of life attitude, the aborigines began to pursue pleasure, ignoring the value of work;the concept of wealth tends to be rational, the concept of consumption is different from the modern;and a higher level of spiritual pursuit has emerged. In terms of self-identification,rural elderly lose their self-identity under the pressure of urban civilization.Young people are eager to escape from the community because of self-identity and group deviation. The identity of the indigenous people has not improved with the improvement of the economy. In terms of faith and morality, the elderly have increased their religious sustenance;some young people have lost their belief in fairness and struggle because of demolition;moral constraints have differentiated between indigenous and foreign populations, and the aborigines have been strongly restrained by public opinion, but There will also be collective moral out of control due to inappropriate public opinion.Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward four suggestions for the cultural construction of the development and resettlement community in the park: 1)pre-position of cultural propaganda, prevention and guidance in advance, reducing and avoiding the disorder from the source of thought;2)enriching the cultural carrier, enhancing the cultural vitality of the resettlement community by increasing the venue, improving the quality of activities,in order to support the organization of activities;3)stratifying the people, making policy according to people, giving targeted cultural care according to the needs and characteristics of different groups;4)properly handling the relationship between "new" and "old" in community culture, take its essence, remove the dross, scientifically stimulates, rationally guides, and truly realizing the integration and new life of urban and rural culture. The research in this paper is different from the technical paradigm of traditional engineering sociology research. It adopts the qualitative research method of sociology, takes the chess and card room as the entry point to the community, explores the cultural concept from daily life, and reflects the “social” from the “small place”,which has unique research value. However, due to the limitations of objective conditions, time and the limitations of sampling methods, this study may miss some important problems and phenomena, which need to be further supplemented and improved by follow-up research.
