There are many factors that affect our mental, psychological and behavioral state. One of them is stress.Although it is almost impossible to live without stress today, the sources of stress and the means to eliminate it vary depending on changes in work and individual perceptions. The aviation sector is one of the professions that experience severe and constant stress.Stress is an inevitable factor in the life of the aircraft crew. Its level affects performance,as too much stress can diminish the pilot's ability;and insufficient stress can cause boredom, less concentration and motivation. It has long been recognized that pilots, flight attendants and aviation engineers at all levels are subject to stress at work and out of work, which can interfere with effective and efficient work,as well as job satisfaction. The aim of this dissertation is to study the relationship between technical stress, job satisfaction and its implementation in the aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The thesis is also designed to find styles used by pilots to cope with stressful conditions. For this reason,a questionnaire was developed and sent to 223 airline employees: Air Astana,Scat,Qazaq Air.Among the respondents were: pilots, flight attendants and aviation engineers. The questionnaire includes questions of techno-stress,job satisfaction and performance of a particular job.Factor analysis was used to quantify and analyze questionnaire responses within these 3 categories(techno-stress,job satisfaction and performance)using descriptive analysis,SPSS and AMOS to identify problem areas, strengths and relationships. The results confirmed all the hypotheses about how techno stress negatively affects on the work performance and negatively impact to the job satisfaction and Job Satisfaction has a significant impact on the work performance in the aviation in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The recommendations also concerned the use of this information by the unit's command to guide all efforts to minimize unnecessary stress and optimize the ability of crew members to cope with it.
