| The rapid development of high-speed railways in China has put forward higher requirements for the organization of high-speed railway transportation.As an important part of the daily operation plan,the flight attendant plan requires to be more efficient in the process and humanized in the results.From the actual situation of high-speed railway crew planning,the current crew plan is a mostly manual compilation,which has the defects of low efficiency and difficult adjustment of results.This paper studies the optimization of high-speed railway passenger crew scheduling.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)This work elucidated the classification of high-speed railway cabin crew plans and the working process of passenger cabin crew,analyzed the influence factors of preparation of crew scheduling,summarized the preparation process of cabin crew plan,and the advantages and disadvantages of several methods of preparing cabin crew plans were compared.All these laid a theoretical foundation for the establishment optimization model of the flight attendant scheduling plan.(2)The personalized scheduling of attendants was studied.By considering the satisfaction of crew for the type of shift,we added the condition of the individual needs of the crew on the basis of the traditional scheduling method and designed a general weight distribution method,which can indicate the crew’s preference for different rest days and daily schedules in the planning cycle.Moreover,by considering constraints such as work tasks,working time,shift type,and shift succession interval,we constructed a multi-objective optimization model for crew scheduling considering individual needs.This model can meet the individual needs of the crew to the greatest extent under the premise of minimizing the number of crew members.The rationality of the optimization model was verified through calculation examples.(3)This paper also researched the crew planning of high-speed railway under multi-period work balance.Considering the preference of the crew on the route and the rest day,the parameters such as the satisfaction of routing mode,rest day satisfaction,scheduling mode satisfaction,maximum possible satisfaction,and satisfaction rate are generated.We measured the satisfaction degree of the crew’s preference according to these parameters.Meanwhile,with the crew task and the number of crew.as constraints,an optimization model was established with the maximum satisfaction and satisfaction rate of all crew,and the specific solution steps were given in this paper.(4)In the end,we constructed a calculation example to verify the rationality of the model,and solved the scheduling scheme with different optimization objectives separately,and made a correlation analysis of the results.The results of the calculation example prove the feasibility of this study,which has important practical significance for improving the efficiency of high-speed railway crew planning and realizing the automation and informatization of crew planning.The above research not only has practical significance to improve the level of preparation of high-speed railway passenger crew scheduling plan in China and realize the intelligence of crew scheduling plan,but also provides a reference for the research and design of the automatic system of the high-speed railway passenger crew scheduling in China. |
