Human resource management is the main focus of modern enterprise management,and performance management is the core of human resource management.Enhancing the production efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises depends on improving the performance of employees.Retaining the talents who can create value depends on effective performance management methods.With the opening of aviation market of China,the competition among airlines is fierce.As the "face" of airlines,crews facing passengers in the cabin directly,which is also the first impression of airlines.The performance management for crews is of great significance to the improvement of the overall performance of airlines.Based on the personnel data and performance data of Southwest Branch of C Airlines,this paper analyzes the factors that may affect the performance level of crew members,and puts forward relevant suggestions for performance improvement and improvement according to these factors.Firstly,the performance and factors influencing the performance reviewed in theory.Secondly,we combined the performance data of cabin crew in Southwest Branch of C Airlines in the past five years and the basic information of crews,finding out eight factors which influencing the performance results of crews: gender,length of service,flight hours,nationality,political status,professional qualification level and employment nature.Lastly,according to the significance and correlation degree of the regression results,the paper puts forward suggestions for the performance management and recruitment of crew members in the cabin Department of Southwest Branch of C Airlines,and helps the performance management of the company to achieve stable and sustainable development.
