As an important part of building energy conservation,building exterior wall insulation plays a vital role in improving the thermal insulation performance of the envelope structure.At present,there are many kinds of insulation products applied in construction projects,each with its own advantages and disadvantages.In recent years,a super thin vacuum insulation panel(Super Thin Panel,referred to as STP)has been proposed and applied,its thermal conductivity is less than 0.008 W /(m · K),and Class A fireproof and non-combustible,but the actual promotion and application need to be considered Insulation performance,economy,applicability and other factors in the building.This topic focuses on the research of STP vacuum insulation panels,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of its moisture transfer performance,heat transfer performance and economy.Condensation and dew condensation calculations were carried out on walls of different structures in different regions.The results show that when the same thickness of insulation material is used,the STP insulation external wall is less effective in preventing internal condensation than the external wall using other insulation materials,but the effect of preventing surface condensation Better;when different thickness insulation materials are used to achieve the same insulation effect,STP vacuum insulation panels are used as insulation materials to prevent surface condensation,but the internal condensation effect is better.Using Energy Plus to simulate the energy consumption of residential buildings under different conditions,the results show that the recommended thickness of STP board used in Harbin,Beijing,Nanjing,Haikou and Kunming is 23 mm,20mm,10 mm,7mm,7mm in order,under the same insulation effect The thickness is much smaller than the commonly used insulation materials,and the insulation effect is remarkable.In addition,after the application of STP,the heating energy consumption has dropped significantly,and the cooling energy consumption has not changed much,so the application of STP panels has the greatest impact on Harbin,followed by Beijing,and has little impact on Haikou and Kunming,which have almost no heating demand,so it is in China.The prospect of applying STP vacuum insulation panels in severe cold regions is promising.A full life cycle cost analysis of insulation walls in different regions was carried out.From the perspective of insulation layer thickness,the economic thickness of STP board applied in Harbin,Beijing,Nanjing,Haikou,and Kunming is 27 mm,19mm,16 mm,6mm,10 mm,and far Less than the commonly used insulation materials;from the perspective of investment costs,the corresponding minimum unilateral total investment is at least 50 yuan higher than the commonly used insulation materials,but with the continuous improvement of energy saving requirements,the thickness of the commonly used insulation materials has increased significantly.The price has approached the STP board.The application prospects are considerable;from the perspective of energy-saving benefits,the economic benefits of STP panels in Harbin,Beijing,and Nanjing have not fallen by more than 25% compared with commonly used insulation materials,and Kunming has decreased by about 50%.The energy-saving benefits of STP panels in Haikou are negative;It can be seen that the investment recovery period of STP boards in Harbin,Beijing and Nanjing is 1 to 3 years longer than that of commonly used insulation materials,and 6 to 7 years more in Kunming.The investment recovery period of STP boards in Haikou has exceeded 40 years,which has far exceeded the service life.Based on the above conclusions,STP vacuum insulation panels are applied in severe cold regions and hot summer and cold winter regions with good energy saving and economic benefits.It is of great significance to further promote the application of STP vacuum insulation panels in these regions.
