Northwest China,such as Xinjiang,Gansu,Qinghai and other provinces,are strategic successor areas and important energy industry bases for national energy development.The oil and gas,coal,electricity,and coal chemical industries are large in scale and grow fast.Energy products and power transmission are important in the country.The status of renewable energy is extremely rich.Wind energy and photovoltaic power generation have good development conditions and great potential.There is huge room for the development of using renewable energy to replace fossil energy.The development strategies of the state,regional governments and the State Grid Corporation of China all require that the total amount and proportion of new energy in the region be further increased;resource endowments and power energy technology levels can also support the further rapid development of their new energy industry.However,the development of new energy in Northwest China has the following problems:(1)The "heaviness" of energy production and consumption structure has intensified,and the proportion of non-fossil energy in primary energy consumption is still low;(2)The task of eliminating the red warning of new energy is arduous,The consumption method is single,so that clean power cannot play its due role in reducing emissions.(3)In the northwest region,the economic development is relatively slow compared to the east,the growth of power load is slow,and the power market has long-term oversupply.Therefore,it is urgent to explore new energy innovation and consumption methods suitable for this scenario.In response to the above problems,the specific research content of this article includes:(1)Analyzed the current situation of the source network load of my country’s power system,especially the Northwest region,put forward the problems faced by the development of new energy in this region,summarized the research status of domestic and foreign new energy consumption paths and its technical and economic analysis,and introduced innovations The feasible method of absorbing new energy,combined with the situation of the Northwest region,expounds its new energy development path,as well as the main research content of this article.(2)Mainly discuss the comprehensive consumption methods of new energy on the load side of the power system,propose comprehensive consumption methods such as electric heating,electric vehicles,and electric hydrogen production,and establish calculation models of the new energy consumption potential of each consumption method.;Finally,taking southern Xinjiang as an example,the calculation process of the potential of new energy consumption in various consumption methods is shown,in order to provide a reference for other regions.(3)It is proposed to establish an operation simulation analysis model suitable for high-proportion new energy systems.First,establish a simulation framework for the operation of a high-proportion new energy system with energy storage;then establish a cost model for wind power,photovoltaic,thermal power,and energy storage;finally,take the minimum cost of power generation and operation as the objective function,and the reliable and safe operation of the equipment is the constraint.Establish a high-proportion new energy power system operation simulation model with energy storage;take Nanjiang as an example to discuss the operation of the southern Xinjiang power grid after electrochemical energy storage is added.(4)It is proposed to establish the operation simulation analysis model of the new energy system containing hydrogen storage.Establish the cost model and constraint conditions of hydrogen storage;considering the various operating modes of hydrogen storage,set up two standard examples of hydrogen storage applications and analyze their economics separately;finally,take Nanjiang as an example.Discuss the operation of the southern Xinjiang power grid after the addition of hydrogen storage.(5)In order to verify the validity of the technical and economic analysis models of the high-proportion new energy power system proposed in Chapters 3 and 4,this chapter designs comprehensive calculation examples based on actual data in a certain area,and simulates and analyzes various innovations and consumption.The contribution of the path to the consumption of new energy;through four different sets of source-network-load scenarios,it reflects the relationship between the scale of new energy development and the demand for consumption capacity under different energy structure scenarios.The simulation analysis verified the technical feasibility and economics of the comprehensive consumption of new energy,in order to provide a reference for other regions.
