Research On Dynamic Management Of PC Suppliers In Prefabricated Buildings

In recent years,prefabricated buildings have developed rapidly,and the government has developed a large number of development plans and incentive policies to promote prefabricated buildings.The residential industry is also mostly required to adopt a certain proportion of prefabricated buildings.Therefore,for real estate companies,research on prefabricated buildings has become a trend.The key to this is the management of the supplier.Traditional material suppliers will slowly transform into prefabricated construction PC suppliers,but current real estate still adopts traditional construction supplier evaluation standards for PC component suppliers,and PC suppliers have the same characteristics as original material suppliers due to their supply characteristics.There is a big difference,so the evaluation criteria should also be changed accordingly.This article first describes the PC component related concepts,supplier management,network analysis method and TOPSIS method,and then based on large real estate companies,the PC component supplier database storage evaluation and supplier library performance evaluation and hierarchical management Conducted research.For the storage evaluation,based on the PC component supplier's supply characteristics and relevant literature analysis,the PC component supplier's storage evaluation index system is established,which includes 5 first-level indicators,27 second-level indicators,and each specific The secondary indicators are explained in detail.Then,the weight coefficient of each indicator is determined through network analysis,and the PC supplier ranking is obtained through the TOPSIS method.The enterprise determines the required number of suppliers to enter the warehouse according to its own management level,and selects the first few according to the ranking;again According to the characteristics of performance assessment,a performance evaluation index system for PC suppliers in the library is established,and the model is weighted by the network analysis method and TOPSIS method and the PC suppliers in the library are ranked,and then based on different market conditions.Furthermore,different grades of suppliers are determined,different management strategies are adopted for different grades of suppliers,and unqualified suppliers are eliminated,so that the supplier library has in and out,forming a closed loop,thereby achieving dynamic management.Finally,this article applies the established PC supplier storage evaluation model and performance evaluation model to specific examples,and puts forward some suggestions for its application.
