Under the forceful driving of economic globalization fulling with fierce market competition,the business competition among the same industry enterprises has already extended to their supplier resources,thus the quality of suppliers to provide products for company plays a vital role.The supplier quality management has finally becomed a crucial factor of supplier quality control.Both scientific assessment of quality assurance capabilities and tapping the potential of supplier quality improvement shall be taken as the main basis for supplier management and purchasing decisions.This thesis first describes theories and management evaluation methods about supplier quality management.Second,this thesis analyses current problems of supplier quality management for company D,such as unscientific methods to supplier slection,incomplete supplier quality management system and lack of synergia in new product development.This thesis proposes specific countermeasures for strengthening quality control in the terms of supplier-classified management,completes supplier quality management system,dynamic management and applies suppliers’ synergistic action to the new product development.Finally,this thesis builds evaluation indicators for supplier slection and adopts TOPSIS methods to evaluate supplier slection objectively.According to supplier performance evaluation system,application of AHP methods to build evaluation system for indicator weights,establish scientific and objective evaluation system,provide data support for supplier management decisions.This thesis constructs the quality control of supplier which gives a reference to small-lot and various parts in the setting of pavement construction machinery equipment industry which D company is in.
