In the projects of lunar exploration engineering,beidou navigation system and Mars exploration,ultrasonic motor can be used to precisely control the motion accuracy of the mechanism.It has the advantages of high positioning accuracy,fast response,self-locking power failure and wide application range of temperature,etc.,and has become one of the important choices for high-precision driving parts.This topic comes from the national key basic research development program(973 program)-"piezoelectric precision driving features of basic research in" corpus "service characteristics of ultrasonic motor system with high precision control",the study of the subject,in this paper,the mechanism of ultrasonic motor driver analysis,temperature field simulation,synthesis test system overall scheme design,test system software and hardware design in detail and the motor characteristics test research.The main content of the paper is as follows:1.Based on the background of the subject source,through the investigation of the application status of ultrasonic motor at home and abroad,as well as the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars in the ultrasonic motor testing system and the research status of temperature characteristics,have a more comprehensive understanding of ultrasonic motor.2.For trum-60 a ultrasonic motor,the driving mechanism and the influencing factors of speed characteristics are deeply analyzed.The longitudinal displacement and tangential velocity of the free stator are analyzed by finite element method.3.Focusing on the serious heating problem of trum-60 a type ultrasonic motor,the heating mechanism of trum-60 a type ultrasonic motor was studied in depth,and the influence of temperature on the material characteristics of key components inside the motor was analyzed.On this basis,according to the related theory of heat conduction in fever theoretical model of ultrasonic motor is established and the finite element model,comparing the simulation results of the two models,the consistency of the theoretical model and finite element model is verified and the theoretical model are optimized,the optimized temperature simulation results declined significantly,closer to the actual motor temperature changes.4.In order to quickly and comprehensively test the comprehensive performance of the motor,the motor test requirements were analyzed and the corresponding test system detailed technical indicators were proposed.The overall scheme of the test system was proposed.The scheme can realize real-time control of driving signal amplitude,frequency and phase difference,flexibly change prepressure and load,and directly or indirectly detect motor voltage,current,temperature and up to 8 parameters.5.To achieve the high precision of the ultrasonic motor control and parameter testing,the testing system of the hardware and software design in detail,including the hardware part mainly includes three parameters of the drive circuit,the voltage and current sampling circuit and temperature acquisition circuit,software part includes ControlDesk measurement and control software,and Labview measurement and control software,and the GUI performance testing software,formed a relatively complete integrated test system,greatly improve the test efficiency of the motor.6.The comprehensiveness and accuracy of the test system are verified by the detailed test of 7 mechanical characteristics,including amplitude and speed characteristics of trum-60 a ultrasonic motor.The temperature rise characteristics of the motor under different parameters are tested,and the validity of the optimized theoretical model established in chapter 3 is verified by the comparison of test and simulation.
