In modern society, motor drive system has been increasingly and widely used in various fields of production and life. In some special situations, the function and performance requirement of load, velocity and control precision has continually increased to meet the need of equipment working condition. At present, the motor drive system has already ranged from traditional motor rated speed to variable speed operation, even to torque control and position control.Therefore, it is significant to research and apply the system with high precision and high response, whose speed, torque and position are vectorially controlled by real-time sensor,for development of national shipping, aerospace and aviation industry as well as national defense construction.This paper uses the project of "a Certain Comprehensive Test Bed" as its background which is undertaken by Harbin Engineering University and supported by a research institute of CSIC, and mainly discusses the frame design of motor drive system and the development of real-time control software used in the test bed according to its special requirements. The motor drive system is researched based on RTX, to vectorially control the speed, torque and position of motor with high precision and high response by real-time sensor.This paper mainly focuses on the following aspects:First of all, the function and output requirements of motor drive system are analyzed, and the overall scheme of system is determined.The structure of self-balanced motor seat and frame are used in order to reduce the basic requirement of test site. In order to improve the anti-disturbance ability and stability of system, the industrial control computer, frequency converter, fiber optic,RS485 module and some high-quality components meeting industry and military standard are applied to build the motor platform of control. The control system uses Win32 and RTX as its real-time platform and RTSS as its control core,so that it can satisfy the need of real-time control with high precision and high response under large load.Secondly, the frame of motor drive system is designed and checked through calculation based on the requirements of structural design. The three-dimensional model of motor and frame is builded, and the system is analyzed in different conditions by finite element method.Then, basing on the functional requirement, the general framework of control system software is builded, which realizes two kinds of real-time control mode including remote control and local control.In the study, the real-time control scheme based on MFC and RTSS is confirmed,the program flow chart is designed,the integration of RTX serial driver and the system is finished, and the man-machine interface and the control procedure of control system are written on the Win32 and RTX system platform. The transducer and the source program of computer data communication are integrated, and the speed, torque and position of motor are vectorially controlled with high precision and high response by real-time sensor.Finally, on the test site in a research institute of CSIC, the real-time control performance of industrial control computer and frequency converter are tested combining with system commissioning experiment. The experimental results show that the control system satisfies the need of real-time control system with motor vector,solves the real-time problem of control software in Win32 operating system, and finishes the speed, torque and position control of real-time vectorial sensor with high precision and high response.
