As one of the high-performance driving components,the USM has the advantages of high stability,high reliability,complex environment suitability,flexible configuration,easy fusion in system design.USM exhibit time-varying nonlinear characteristics during operation.So far,there is a certain theoretical basis,and a large amount of experimental research and data analysis are needed.In order to establish the universal test standard for TRUM,a TRUM-60 is taken as the research object in this paper.Combining the advantages of virtual instrument technology in the field of testing,a test system based on LabVIEW for TRUM was built.The various technical parameters of USM were tested and evaluated comprehensively,which provided specific data support for theoretical research and structural optimization,and promoted the application and development of ultrasonic motor.The main work content and research results were as followed:1.The operation mechanism of the TRUM was expounded,and the related parameter solving formulas of the mechanical characteristics and the transient characteristics were deduced,and the overall scheme of the TRUM test system was designed.2.The TRUM test system based on PXI platform was built.LabVIEW software was used to complete the programming and debugging of the software module of the test system.3.The validity of the system was verified by the output signal quality of the PXI waveform generator,and the reliability of the system was verified by checking the torque accuracy of the test system.4.The dynamic response test of PXI waveform generator and driving power supply composed of PXI waveform generator and power amplifier was carried out to verify the rationality of the transient test system.5.The mechanical characteristics and transient characteristics of the USM were tested by using the USM test system.According to the experimental results,the influence of parameter variables such as pre-pressure on the performance of the motor was analyzed.In this paper,the software and hardware development process of the whole ultrasonic motor test system was described systematically.Aiming at the problems encountered in the development process,the corresponding solutions were proposed.At the same time,the validity and reliability of the whole test system were verified by experiments,which provided a high-precision platform for the performance test of the ultrasonic motor.
