Social Responsibility Risk Assessment Of Road Freight Transport Based On Multi-data Fusion

At the same time of economic globalization,social risks such as safety,environmental protection and health are becoming more and more serious.Due to the universality and circulation of road transport business,the social risk problem of road transport industry,especially road general freight industry,has attracted a lot of attention from the public.Therefore,the quality requirements of the society and the country on road general freight industry have been constantly improved.However,in the process of practical control,due to the lack of effective technical tools for data mining and risk assessment,it is difficult for the management department to identify risk enterprises and effectively combine administrative measures to improve the risk situation,resulting in the waste of financial resources to some extent.In order to meet the technical needs of the management department and promote the development of risk regulation in the road freight industry,this paper conducts a practical application study on the social responsibility risk of road freight enterprises by establishing a risk assessment system.Firstly,the relevant concepts and connections between risk regulation and corporate social responsibility risk are sorted out to establish theoretical basis,and the database management system is developed to complete data mining.The current situation of social risk in the road freight industry is analyzed.The risk identification and factor analysis are carried out based on the stakeholder theory and the characteristics of road transport business.Then,the risk index system is determined according to scientific principles and technical requirements,and the evaluation system is constructed on the basis of foreign evaluation systems and dynamic comprehensive evaluation methods.The ranking frequency of risk factors changing with time in the industry is innovatively adopted to reflect the social responsibility risk level of enterprises.Finally using Visual Basic and My SQL to develop the corresponding software tools.The results of risk analysis show that the main social responsibility risks of common road freight enterprises are traffic safety risks,environmental risks,tax risks and risks of specific groups.Through the actual application of the risk assessment system,the risk enterprises in the research area are identified,and the feedback from the management department and the risk enterprises proves the feasibility and practicability of the risk assessment system.In addition,according to the evaluation results,large and medium-sized enterprises in the study area have a higher level of social responsibility risk than small and micro enterprises,and their social responsibility performance is poor,indicating that the level of social responsibility risk is indeed different in different enterprise sizes.The nature of the sole proprietorship enterprise will increase the possibility of corporate social responsibility risk;The risk of specific groups in the study area is the most serious,and risky enterprises perform worse than other enterprises in fulfilling their social responsibilities to specific groups.
