| maintaining social stability be an arduous task for government,because our country people’s demands increasingly diversified and the outbreak of social internal contradictions increasingly frequent Since reform and opening.construction projects,which involving wide mass range 、having long construction period and huge investment,often Bring many unstable factors and trigger conflicts to the society.so social stability risk assessment for construction project is increasingly recognized.It is beneficial to resolving social contradictions to maintain social stability in the process of construction projects and arousing the enthusiasm of people’s participation in decision-making to improve the scientific and democratic decision-making.This paper will study the universality and quantification of construction project social stability risk.This paper describes the research background and significance,summarizes the development and research situation of social stability risk at home and abroad,put forward to explore the research thought of general social stability risk assessment for construction projects;briefly introduces the concept of risk、social risk and social stability risk,introduces the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Then the paper uses the objective information sources to identify universal risk list,builds the all evaluation index system,describes the procedure of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and discusses this method ’ s essence,uses extensive social survey and AHP to determine evaluation indexes weights.Finally,the paper carry out social stability risk assessment research based on the D to N segment of national road 104 reroute project,Calculates the comprehensive value of social stability risk and put forward the risk prevention measures.This paper not only provides some new ideas for related research,but also can use in the actual evaluation work,through both theory and practice researching the social stability risk assessment for construction project.However,there are a lot of deficiencies which needs further research,because the social stability risk assessment for construction project involves a wide range and the limitations of my knowledge.the paper has a certain practical meaning for providing similar real estate project investment decision reference,through both theory and practice researching the post project evaluation,however,this study is also not comprehensive enough limited to knowledge,data and time. |
