| In the context of the long-term development needs of enterprises and the rapid development of social responsibility activities,enterprises gradually realize that they must pay attention to the performance of social responsibility,and in the process of the performance of social responsibility it may appear social responsibility risk,which may cause irreparable situation.The research on social responsibility risk management has important theoretical and practical significance.On the one hand,it aims to improve the social responsibility risk management system and provide more perfect methods for corporate social responsibility risk management.On the other hand,it has certain significance for optimizing the state grid’s social responsibility risk management system,and has certain reference value for guiding enterprises in the same industry or other industries to carry out social responsibility risk management.This article mainly uses the case study method to carry on the analysis.Based on the research of relevant literature,basic concepts and theories,this paper chooses State Grid Company Limited as the research object,Firstly,the current situation of the social responsibility risk management of the State Grid are studied.Then,the procedures and methods of social responsibility risk identification,risk analysis,risk assessment and risk response are developed in depth.Finally,the deficiencies of the State Grid in risk management of social responsibility in corporate culture,social responsibility risk objectives and organizational structure is analyzed and corresponding suggestion is put forward,while doing a good job in social responsibility risk management.The research shows that,on the one hand,CSR risk management can effectively reduce the probability of corporate social responsibility risk,so as to control and reduce the possible losses caused by CSR risk to enterprises.On the other hand,the construction of the CSR risk management system of state grid starts from the framework,procedures and methods,and can be optimized from the aspects of corporate culture,CSR risk management goal setting and quantitative CSR risk identification and evaluation methods,so as to improve the existing CSR risk management system. |
