Research On Rural Livability Based On Problem-oriented Farmers

The important strategy of revitalization of the country is the future development of our country,improve the level of rural livable is one of the important content,Xi'an suburbs village between the city and the traditional rural hinterland,is in the forefront of rural development,urban development not only brings more opportunities for rural development,but also impacts the environment,The suburb of Xi'an is not only a plac e of production,but also the fastest growing area of rural tourism because of its proxi mity to the city.The evaluation of livability has the function of connecting the above a nd the following,which can timely understand the current situation,diagnose the prob lems,and provide useful reference for rural development.So has been the great attenti on of scholars,but evaluation index system from national policy,the respect such as d esign requirements for selecting index,this study farmers problem oriented,from farm ers to care about most dissatisfied problems,explore new approaches to the study of t he rural livability,is also a new attempt,so as to provide ideas for the future beautiful rural construction and guide the direction.This research takes the suburb of xi 'an city as the research area.Supported by th e project of "Construction Technology and Integration and Demonstration of Beautiful Rural Areas in Xi'an City" supported by the ministry of science and technology,the c omprehensive evaluation model is constructed by the multi-factor comprehensive eval uation method.Selecting evaluation indexes based on peasant households' problems;Analytic hierarchy process(ahp),entropy method and multiplicative integration meth od were used to determine the index weight.64 beautiful villages in 4 cities(districts)and 18 counties(districts)were studied by administrative region,circle layer and type.To build the obstacle degree model,diagnose the high obstacle degree factor which re stricts the village livability and put forward the optimization strategy.The results showed that:(1)the most frequently asked questions were low incom e in economic income and large gap between the rich and the poor.There are problem s with drainage facilities in the infrastructure,roads in villages without natural gas,and few buses.(2)according to the prominence of the above problems,an evaluation mo del of 6 major factors and 32 factor layers was constructed.The evaluation results sho w that yuanjia village,wangshang village,liujiagou village and other livable.(3)the e valuation results by administrative region,circle layer and type showed that the higher the scale and development level of neighboring cities,the higher the livability of rura l areas;The livability of rural areas close to urban areas is higher,and the livability of rural areas led by the service industry is higher.(4)the disorder degree of diagnosis t o the indicators,facilities hosted in number of bus lines,each people have dry pension beds,everyone has a number of doctors,cultivating middle-aged population number of agricultural technology training,health environment per dry people have health pub lic toilets,sewage treatment,garbage collection point coverage,drainage way ten obst acle factors of Xi'an suburbs village livability of restricting the highest degree,should strengthen rural infrastructure layout,perfect rural public service facilities supplies,br oaden the channels of increasing farmers' income focus on three aspects,optimization.
