Study On The Strategy Of Improving The Appearance Of Suburban Villages In The Context Of Habitat Management

The suburban countryside,which is at the forefront of rural revival,plays a crucial role in maintaining the city’s landscape pattern,allowing urban inhabitants to relive their youth,and contributing to the development of rural landscapes.The endogenous development momentum of the suburban villages has been restricted,the traditional spontaneous and orderly rural settlement space has changed,and the suburban villages have gradually become an extension of the urban society.As a result,it is urgent to suggest a way to improve the appearance of the suburban villages from the perspective of habitat management.In order to establish the research direction for the topic,the research first compares the pertinent laws,regulations,and theoretical studies in both the domestic and international contexts.It also analyzes the subject’s development history and representation.Secondarily,after completing the necessary basic theoretical research,we describe the meaning,fundamental characteristics,components,and necessity of the research’s subject.Subsequently,using data from prior studies,we analyze the typical cases,compile the commonalities of the challenges faced by suburban villages,build a model of the evaluation system for suburban villages in the context of habitat management,optimize the weights using the weighted mean method,examine the ongoing issues with improving the appearance of suburban villages using a combination of questionnaire survey,and suggest five dimensions of suburban villages: living;working;learning;and playing.The report also suggests workable solutions for enhancing suburban communities’ appearance.So as to solve the practical issues in the design of suburban village appearance enhancement,verify the scientific validity of the preliminary research results with practice,and provide a reference basis for future research on suburban village appearance enhancement strategies,the theoretical research results are finally applied to the design of suburban village appearance enhancement under the habitat management of Jiatun Village in Xinxiang Plain Town through case studies.This study adopts a habitat management perspective to enhance the appearance of suburban villages,transforming the advantages of suburban villages and cities in terms of natural resources,spatial environment,and human resources,breaking down the homogenization of urban and rural development,realizing the mutual benefit and coexistence of the two relationships,enabling them to fully exploit the advantages of urban backyard location,and maximizing the value of various resources.In addition to promoting the quality development of villages in the Yellow River Plain region and aiding in the revitalization of rural development,it will direct the orderly growth of the city and its surrounding villages and realize the transformation of suburban villages in the new era.It also has some social research significance.
