As China's economic boom,China automobile trade market ushered in the unprecedented development of the national income of a massive increase in wealth at the same time,also is the QiMao industry ushered in the large-scale development of China,but the large-scale application of 4 s store patterns are made QiMao industry operating costs increase sharply,severely weakened the profitability of the enterprise,so in order to improve the performance level of the enterprise must improve the level of enterprise management,transformation from extensive management to fine management,reduce operating costs,improve business efficiency from management.The automobile trade industry is a highly capital-intensive industry,and it also relies on external financing,which makes the automobile trade companies have a high capital use cost.However,the current performance evaluation system used by automobile trade companies cannot reflect the impact of capital use cost on after-tax operating net profit.Moreover,the current KPI performance evaluation system of Da Da Automobile trade company is difficult to quantify non-financial data,and subjective arbitrariness exists in the evaluation of relevant indicators,which is difficult to truly reflect the situation of the company.Therefore,through the introduction of EVA comprehensive balanced scorecard performance evaluation system,this paper can take into account the use of capital costs of automobile trading companies,and carry out scientific and reasonable quantification of related non-financial indicators.Therefore,this paper focuses on how to build EVA comprehensive balanced scorecard and how to apply it in automobile trade companies..The text mainly adopts the methods of literature research,expert interview and case analysis.in Based on the excellent experience at home and abroad and combined with the actual situation in China,this paper selected Da Da Automobile trade Company as the case for field study.Based on EVA comprehensive balanced scorecard,this paper proposed specific ideas for optimizing the performance management of PD automobile trade company.It is concluded that the idea of balanced scorecard can be used to analyze the performance of the automobile trade industry,which can timely find out the management problems of specific links in the performance management of automobile trade enterprises.
