Balanced scorecard(BSC)is a kind of performance management system,which can be used for comprehensive and systematic evaluation of business management.Using OKR(OKR)is an effective system for the enterprise to manage its objectives.It is,first of all,a communication tool,as well as the direction and goal of efforts.It is also a way for the management to tell the whole enterprise what to do in the near future.By setting a measurable goal and setting a number of quantifiable key results,the enterprise can realize its strategic development demands.)The introduction of balanced scorecard into enterprise employee performance management is one of the most advanced management concepts in the world so far,which can greatly benefit the enterprise employee performance management and effective operation.This paper mainly adopts literature research method,qualitative and quantitative analysis method and case analysis method to study the performance management system of Enterprise A.After consulting relevant materials of performance management and balanced scorecard theory at home and abroad,this paper summarizes and summarizes relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars through literature review,and understands the development and research status of relevant theories,which provides a theoretical basis for analyzing and solving problems existing in corporate performance management.At the same time,through the qualitative method of related theory,defining the conceptual content,introducing the argument about related data analysis,with A enterprise as the object of case study,the problems existing in the performance management of A enterprise to carry on analysis,found its deficiency,the introduction of the balanced scorecard to perfect,for other power battery enterprise performance management mechanism to provide the reference and reference.The main research content is to build A performance management system suitable for Enterprise A,based on the balanced scorecard,we should build a reasonable and perfect performance index evaluation mechanism to promote the company's current performance management and control mode to be more perfect,and then promote enterprise A to achieve its long-term strategic development goals.The specific research contents are as follows: First,the existing performance management of Enterprise A is sorted out to analyze the deficiencies and problems existing in the performance management;Secondly,based on the basic theory of balanced scorecard,an effective performance management system for Enterprise A is constructed by comprehensively considering the overall market economic situation and the characteristics of real estate enterprises such as enterprise A's strategic development objectives and other factors.Thirdly,it summarizes the safeguard measures taken by Enterprise A in the actual application of BSC based performance management system,so as to ensure the stable and scientific operation of BSC based performance management of Enterprise A.Firstly,based on the balanced scorecard theory,specific evaluation indexes of Enterprise A were determined from four perspectives,namely,finance,customer,internal business process,learning and growth: Including financial perspective to reduce risk and ensure profitability,improve the ability of sustainable development evaluation index,in terms of customers,including customer retention and satisfaction,new customer acquisition rate,such as three evaluation index,internal business process perspective has management optimization,product and service innovation,In terms of progress and learning,it includes information system construction,employee satisfaction rate and training,staff satisfaction,information system construction and so on four evaluation indexes,and made A strategic planning objectives.Secondly,based on questionnaires and analytic hierarchy process,this study constructs A BSC based performance management system of Enterprise A and obtains the weight of BSC specific evaluation indicators from various perspectives.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weight of each index,which is logical and reasonable.It also simplifies the process of system analysis and confirmation,and combines qualitative and quantitative decision analysis properly.Such results are more accurate,in line with the objective reality,conducive to the performance evaluation of the company,and ultimately achieve the company's strategic planning objectives.
