With the rapid development of modern industrialization technology,the demand for industrialization and standardization of buildings has become more and more intense.The traditional construction industry needs to carry out industrial transformation as soon as possible to achieve industrial development,carry out assembly-type construction,and achieve transformation and upgrading to meet social needs.The development of prefabricated buildings is a major change in the way of construction and an important measure to promote structural reforms on the supply side and new urbanization.Prefabricated buildings help to save resources and energy,reduce construction pollution,improve labor productivity and quality and safety,and also promote the deep integration of construction industry and information industrialization.In order to seek long-term development,traditional construction companies are constantly trying to apply assembly design and assembly construction.Although the government has successively introduced many favorable policies related to prefabricated buildings,which has continuously promoted the development of prefabricated buildings,the current low level of technology still restricts the development of fabricated buildings.However,building informatization is another important focus of building industrialization.As a representative of building informatization,BIM technology will greatly promote the development of fabricated buildings.BIM technology has a good track record in building information management due to its characteristics of visualization,coordination,simulation,parameterization and dynamics.This research is based on the development status of prefabricated buildings and the application advantages of building informatization.It is proposed to apply BIM technology to prefabricated buildings to solve various problems in the process of quality management of prefabricated building construction.First,understand the development background of prefabricated buildings and BIM,and analyze the feasibility and research significance of applying BIM technology to fabricated buildings.Using literature review methods,project data analysis,expert inquiry methods,field investigations,etc.,the development history of fabricated buildings,quality management and BIM technology,and the research status at home and abroad are analyzed and summarized to determine the research content,research methods and technical routes.For subsequent research.The research content of this paper is divided into introduction,basic theory,establishment of BIM-based assembly construction quality management system,case analysis,application suggestion and conclusion and prospect of BIM.Secondly,after clearly expounding the concept and advantages of building informatization,the concept,classification and technical characteristics of prefabricated buildings,and understanding the relevant concepts of construction engineering quality management concepts and connotations,high-precision assembly and BIM collisions are realized from BIM visualization.Investigate the intrinsic link between BIM building informationization and assembly,and reduce the risk of node collision,BIM technology-based node construction simulation,BIM cracking assembly-type building coordination difficulties,etc.,and provide BIM technology for subsequent application to assembly-type construction quality management.Important reference.Then,based on the research status analysis and theoretical knowledge of the previous chapters,a BIM-based assembled building construction quality management system is constructed to guide the quality management of the prefabricated building construction
