Landscape Planning And Design Of Leizhou City Center Water System Based On The Study Of Leizhou Traditional City-water Relationship

This paper mainly studies the internal relationship between the development of ancient cities in Leizhou and related traditional water conservancy systems,and based on the traditional urban water relationship in Leizhou,it proposes a rational planning and design strategy for the landscape of the central water system of Leizhou.Water is the lifeblood of urban survival and development.The construction of traditional water conservancy played an important supporting role in the development of ancient cities.As one of the third batch of "National Historical and Cultural Cities",Leizhou has a long history of urban development and agricultural irrigation.The water systems of Leizhou Xihu poud and Telv poud have many functions such as regulating rainwater,agricultural irrigation,urban landscape,and water transportation trade;the construction of the defending seawall effectively blocks the invasion of farmland by sea tides.With the combination of the two,Leizhou’s fields are flourishing.It makes Leizhou a famous hometown of fish and rice in Guangdong,thus providing endless impetus for the development of the city of Leizhou.At the same time,the development of the traditional water conservancy system has also formed the "mountain-pond-city-field-river-sea" sequence of mountains and rivers in the Leizhou area.The paper is mainly divided into three parts.Part Ⅰ: Chapter 1 and Chapter 2.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,defines the research object and research scope,conducts relevant research on the relationship between ancient Chinese cities and water and the history and culture of the Leizhou region,and puts forward corresponding research methods;the second chapter elaborates Leizhou in detail Regional natural environment conditions,historical and cultural resources,and regional landscape structural characteristics.Part Ⅱ: Chapters 3 to 5.The third chapter studies the composition of the traditional water conservancy system in Leizhou,and combines historical data research and geographic information system to reasonably speculate the location of the ancient Xihu poud and Telv poud;From the four perspectives of era background,water conservancy development,urban construction,and landscape construction,the development of Leizhou in the past(Song,Yuan,Ming,and Qing)is summarized;From the perspective of angle,the supporting role of the water body to the city is elaborated in detail.Part Ⅲ: Chapter 6 and Chapter 7.Chapter 6 summarizes the serious problems facing the urban water system of Leizhou.For this purpose,it refers to many international cases and summarizes the lessons that can be learned from the protection and development of the water landscape of Leizhou.Taking planning and design as an example,based on the study of traditional urban water relations and the protection of Leizhou urban water system,specific planning and design schemes are proposed.Applying the theory to practice,the purpose is to provide ideas and references for the future development of Leizhou and other cities and the construction of waterfront landscapes.
