With the world energy and environmental problems become more and more serious,the alternative energy sources such as photovoltaic,wind power,nuclear energy and so on have been developing vigorously.Global PV market will maintain rapid growth and keep the growth rate by more than 20%.At present,China's photovoltaic industry has reached a new stage of transformation,and gradually moved to a stable development stage,and turn to a mature industry.PV power station construction enterprise typically focus on project management,multi project management is the core of its production and management activities.Project schedule management is an important link in the project management,the reasonable preparation of the project schedule and the effective control of the project schedule directly affect the economic efficiency of enterprises.In the preparation and management of the current photovoltaic power station construction project,the key path and the plan review technology are usually used.It will often happen over time,resource conflicts and other problems in the actual implementation,which can not meet the needs of modern project management.In this paper,the key chain technology will be researched to make up for the shortcomings of traditional project management,which will have a certain theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,this paper summarized the research on the key chain theory both at home and abroad and described the characteristic of photovoltaic power station construction enterprise's project management,and researched the core issue of the photovoltaic power plant enterprise multi project schedule management--multi project resource conflict problem,and analyzed it combined with the critical chain technology.Secondly,through the study of the factors that affect the project schedule implementation in the PV power station construction enterprises,the project priority scoring mechanism is established by combining the analytic hierarchy process to establish the priority of the project.Finally,this paper analyzed the key path of all projects which is under construction and researched the buffer's time settings of the project's key chain.Established a method of calculating buffer time of the project with buffer adjustment factor.After fully considering the resource constraints of the project,it will set up the key chain plan of the project.The calculation formula of total evaluation of project priority Z is established,which is used as the basis for judging the order of project allocation of resources in case of resource conflict in the process of multi project implementation.Through the use of monitoring project critical chain buffer time rate to establish the monitoring mechanism of the multi project and risk pre-warning system,so as to achieve the purpose of project schedule control.
