With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous growth of urban population,great pressure has been brought to urban traffic and urban environment.In order to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion,the effective measure is subway construction.A large number of buildings make the urban space more crowded.The construction of subway station in the location of the maximum traffic pressure increases the construction difficulty in objective conditions.For example,in the narrow and limited construction area,the construction of deep foundation pit is a major challenge.Therefore,the application of BIM Technology in deep foundation pit engineering is conducive to the rapid development of engineering construction and urban rail transit construction.This paper studies the application of BIM Technology in deep foundation pit engineering(1)This paper summarizes the development and application status of BIM Technology at home and abroad,introduces the concept,characteristics and the establishment of core model of BIM Technology,and compares the differences between traditional building software and BIM software;the specific application of BIM Technology in the construction stage of foundation pit engineering is the establishment of BIM model.(2)This paper discusses the site layout and the application of BIM Technology in the construction stage of deep foundation pit.The construction site layout is determined and improved under the support of BIM Technology,which can optimize the layout scheme of the construction site.At the same time,the construction simulation and technical disclosure of BIM Technology in the construction stage of foundation pit support and earthwork excavation are studied.(3)In the construction stage of deep foundation pit,the theory and method of schedule control are selected,and the method and content of schedule control and BIM Technology application are combined to form the method and content of schedule control and BIM Technology Application.(4)Based on the theory of BIM Technology Application,combined with the actual construction case of subway construction foundation pit engineering,the schedule preparationof foundation pit engineering construction stage is combined with the application of BIM Technology,which reflects the practicability and efficiency of BIM Technology.(5)BIM Technology is introduced into the safety risk early warning process of deep foundation pit engineering.The safety risk early warning index system is established,the safety risk early warning model is constructed,and the key technologies are studied and analyzed.The characteristics of BIM Technology such as visualization,digitization and high degree of sharing are fully used to improve the safety monitoring and early warning ability in the construction process.
