Study On Construction Schedule Control Based On BIM

With the development of science and technology,the difficulty of modern building construction is rising rapidly.There are more and more buildings with super high-rise buildings and complex structures.Relying on the traditional project management mode can’t solve many problems that we are facing now.The emergence of BIM technology provides a new breakthrough point for current project management.With the continuous development of BIM technology in project management,the advantages of its application are gradually reflected,which greatly improves the efficiency of project management.But now the domestic utility ratio of BIM technology in project management is still relatively low,is in the primary exploration and application stage,and the corresponding theory is still not fully mature,the scope of application is limited,only in a few projects application of BIM technology,can not give full play to the true value of BIM technology,so make a comprehensive study of the application of BIM technology.This paper first referred to a large number of relevant books,papers and other references,analyzed and studied the relevant progress management theory,analyzed its shortcomings and disadvantages,and then introduced BIM technology to solve the problems existing in traditional project management,analyzed its advantages and advantages,and reflected the applicability of BIM technology application.Secondly,professional technologies related to the application of BIM technology are analyzed to understand the specific operation methods of relevant technologies.Based on the relationship between the establishment of 3D model of BIM technology and the compilation of project progress plan,BIM4D model is realized by using BIM progress related software,and the visualization management,construction progress simulation,collision inspection and other applications of project progress are realized.Thus,the realization process of project progress management based on BIM technology is proposed.Finally,through the actual case analysis.Finally,through the analysis of practical cases,practical application of BIM technology is carried out to reflect the advantages and trends of its application,and then some Suggestions for development are put forward.It provides practical reference significance for the application of BIM technology in the future.
