Research On Construction Engineering Safety Management Based On Building Information Model Technology

With the development of national economy,improvement of people's spiritual and cultural needs of the volume and size of buildings is more and more big,with the increase of the scale of construction and the management difficulty,the construction safety management is facing more challenges.Construction engineering safety accident to many people's life and property safety brought serious threats,put forward the new challenge to the traditional security management method,how to effectively improve the situation has become that we must face and solve problems.With building information model(BIM)technology in the rapid development of China's construction industry,promotion and application,which is conducive to improving the construction of the field of management mode,and promote the construction of technological innovation.BIM technology has been widely used in various fields such as cooperative design,building performance analysis,engineering quantity statistics,construction virtual simulation,system operation and maintenance.In project management,BIM has an obvious advantage,that is,in the early period of project management,we can find and solve the technical problems that may be encountered in the construction process,as well as different professional cooperative work.This paper first analyzes the application status of construction safety management,BIM technology and BIM technology in the construction safety management;and then analyzes the causes of accidents and accidents in construction site,the type of construction accidents;then discusses the application of BIM technology in building engineering construction safety management and benefits of these applications bring;finally,combined with the application of BIM technology in building engineering,a brief description of the application of the technology in the construction safety management process and effect.I hope that through this thesis research,the current situation of construction safety management level to further improve,reduce the accident rate,guarantee the construction workers health and safety of life,reduce the loss of the enterprise,has important theoretical and practical significance to improve the social benefits of enterprises etc.
