Application Of BIM Technology In Construction Management Of Asse Mbly Projects

At present,China's construction industry is dominated by traditional construction methods,with serious waste of labor and material resources,serious environmental pollution and low degree of mechanization,which does not conform to the concept of sustainable development in China.In order to ensure the healthy development of our economy,resources and environment,the state vigorously promotes prefabricated building.With the development of China's construction industrialization,it has become one of the important strategies of China's construction industry during the 13 th five-year plan period.In March 2017,the action plan for prefab construction during the 13 th five-year plan stated that prefab buildings will account for more than 15 percent of new construction in China by 2020,with more than 20 percent in priority areas,more than 15 percent in priority areas and more than 10 percent in priority areas.The quality of components in prefabricated buildings is the key to the whole building.Due to the difficulties in component separation,complex hoisting process,high degree of construction mechanization,limited construction management level,and poor coordination ability of the project participants,the development of prefabricated building has been hindered to some extent.At present,the development of BIM in China is still in its early stage.How to apply BIM technology to coordinate the construction process of prefab building from the management level and improve the construction management efficiency of prefab building has become a major problem to be solved urgently.This paper expounds the research background and significance of the paper,the current situation,problems and development direction of BIM technology at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the BIM knowledge and common software,the difference between prefab building and traditional building,and the advantages of prefab building.In view of the application of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings,this paper introduces in detail the advantages of the application of BIM technology by each participant of prefabricated buildings and the application of BIM technology in different stages of prefabricated buildings,and enumerates the cases of prefabricated buildings in China.The combination of BIM model and construction site is studied in the construction phase,and the construction layout,quality management,safety management and schedule management are explained in the construction phase.Taking Binhu Qinyuan project as an example,this paper makes a specific analysis on the application of BIM software in the construction stage,and explores the aspects of modeling in virtual construction,tower crane simulation,earthwork transportation simulation,transportation route simulation within the site,collision detection and construction schedule simulation,etc.,so as to provide reference for prefabricated building construction.Finally,the prospect of the research work of prefabricated building is put forward.
