In recent years,with the development and popularization of BIM technology in China,the advantages of BIM technology are reflected in many practical projects.It has been widely used in the construction process of project design,simulation construction,operation and maintenance and so on.At the same time,because of the complexity of the underground structure,the design and construction of the project has more stringent requirements.The advantage of BIM technology has brought remarkable effect on the rationality of underground structure design and construction safety construction quality.BIM technology is not only the visualization of three-dimensional model,but also the application of information technology in the whole or some stage of planning,design,construction and operation.Technology and management means for system design,collaborative construction,simulation construction,engineering metrology,cost management and equipment operation.At present,most of the projects using BIM technology in our country are in the direction of building construction,but the application in underground space engineering is still relatively small.This paper combined with the actual project,a preliminary attempt of BIM technology for a foundation pit project.In this paper,the BIM technology is extended by practical engineering,the core model is constructed by Revit and civil3 d software,and then the numerical simulation of construction is carried out by finite element software.Navisworks Manage is used to work out the construction organization schedule,and Timeliner in software is used to carry out the construction simulation.Through the above work,the construction information in the process of BIM technology application is aggregated to the BIM management platform,and the management platform transfers the information to each unit,so as to achieve cooperation and improve the quality and safety of the project.To ensure the smooth progress of construction.The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)the concept of BIM technology,the related software and the research status quo at home and abroad are introduced.Combined with the characteristics of foundation pit engineering,the advantages of BIM technology and application of foundation pit engineering are expounded.(2)The foundation pit management platform scheme based on BIM technology is established,and each software transfers geological information,structure information,monitoring information and so on through IFC format.The platform isused to integrate the data of each unit in survey,design,construction and monitoring,and the BIM management platform is used to realize the project construction management.The geological information obtained in the survey is assigned to the 3D geological model to assist the design.The field conversion of drawings is realized by using mobile terminal and app.The monitoring data is updated in time in the management platform based on Web technology,and the remote monitoring of the construction site is realized through the visualization technology.(3)Two modeling methods are used to model the 3D geological model and the3 D geological model is used to design the foundation pit in combination with the geological survey data of the actual project.Design and develop Revit local 3D view plug-in to facilitate viewing local 3D view.BIM software is used to compare the design schemes of foundation pit support.Two schemes of pile anchor support and double row pile support are adopted respectively.The problems existing in the design are checked by using collision function,and the families needed for foundation pit support are set up.Improve the efficiency of modeling,and introduce the BIM model into the finite element analysis software for stability analysis,determine the final use of pile-anchor support design.(4)According to the API function of Revit software,a plug-in for viewing local3 D views is developed,which is convenient,fast and efficient.Using this plug-in makes it easier to view and change the established model.(5)The established BIM model is introduced into the construction simulation software,and the time axis of the subdivision is defined by the Navisworks software,and the time and the construction content are connected.The horizontal track drawing and animation demonstration are generated,and the 4D construction progress simulation based on BIM platform is realized.Through Navisworks intuitionistic understanding of the construction sequence,for the construction of the difficult part of detailed dismantling,found the original construction plan in the shortcomings.According to the simulation results to adjust the schedule of the implementation of schedule management control,the final preparation of a reasonable construction plan.
