At present,China has set up a higher level of large-scale transportation infrastructure.Especially in the mountainous areas of Western China,the construction of traffic must be accompanied by the construction of a large number of tunnel projects.As an important part of the tunnel structure of the secondary lining,the tunnel lining template trolley is its main construction equipment.Tunnel lined trolley span and bulky,and generally composed of steel components,it is usually very heavy.This paper focuses on the ease of construction and safety control,save material,reduce cost,further light on the modular tunnel lining trolley,trolley tunnel from the load calculation and structural optimization design and analysis to engineering application and observation,to carry out a series of in-depth research.The main research work is as follows:(1)This paper introduces the principle,structure,main construction method and application scope of the secondary lining construction equipment used in tunnel engineering.According to the comprehensive observation,most of the design of trolley is based on engineering analogy method.The trolley designed by this method has a large weight and low utilization rate.(2)According to the distribution of the surrounding rock in the tunnel,the whole tunnel lining structure is designed in order to provide a clear and reliable basis for determining the actual load of the lining trolley template.(3)Based on the analysis of the load in the process of lining construction,the preliminary design of the model and the main components.For the gantry system with large weight of trolley,the gantry beam and column are designed by variable cross section method to make full use of the material cross section and reduce the amount of mast material.In addition,in the design of the cross-section of the gantry,the calculation method of the angle of the beam corresponding to the minimum bending moment of the control section is established.(4)The preliminary design of the trolley,through numerical simulation,analysis of different conditions under the structural deformation and force to determine the leading role of the situation,Then the car component size as design variables,car III weight as the objective function,the component of allowable stress and deformation control values as boundary conditions,using topological methods,mainly the structure of the system and further analysis to optimize the trolley weight.Optimization results can reduce the weight of existing trolley 43.7 percents.(5)According to the result of the final optimization analysis,the trolley is applied to the tunnel engineering.In the whole process,the deformation and stability of the main control points of the trolley structure are measured from the selected concrete lining concreting to the move template.By comparing the results of field observation and numerical analysis,the reliability of the optimized design and analysis of the trolley is verified.
