Using the traditional mechanical design method to analyze and calculate the strength and rigidity of the whole and the parts of the Lining trolley, which will cause some unreasonable places in the design of products. Application of universal finite element analysis software for the structural static analysis of a type of lining trolley, to help established a comparative analysis and calculation model and to calculate the use of lining trolley in different conditions in various parts of the stress and strain data Comprehensive understanding of the stress state of lining trolley in the actual operation process. According to the actual measurement data and the results of the calculation analysis and the comprehensive understanding of lining under the tunnel construction mechanical characteristics to find out the problems in the structural design of lining trolley, which can provide a reasonable suggestions for improving the structure of its structure.The company of lining trolley is analyzed by the finite element software of ANSYS and analyzed the structural stability of the lining trolley which based on the calculation. Calculated and analyzed of the various working conditions of the lining trolley, to get all parts of Lining trolleys maximum stress deformation and its distribution under different working conditions.According to the analysis results of lining trolley, its studied the deformation and stress distribution characteristics of the lining trolley in tunnel lining construction. It is found that the stress and deformation of the part of the lining trolley have a large margin, and the structure size have the space for further improvement. And then optimize the design of the car plate structure by using the ANSYS software. After checking calculation and analysis, we find that the utilization rate of material is greatly improved, the stress distribution is more reasonable.The results of the research showed that it can not only shorten the development time, but also reduce the cost of the study through the ANSYS modeling analysis. So it can improve the level of the design of construction machinery steels and optimization. This paper improved the tunnel lining trolley from the angle of profile matching and the thickness of top plate, which provides a method for the research and development of tunnel trolley. |
