Study On The Design Of Informal Learning Space In University Library

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the learning environment of higher education has undergone important changes with the rapid development of modern information technology and the continuous innovation of educational concepts.Higher education has changed from the traditional structured teaching model to the spontaneous learning model that advocates cooperation.As the most important informal learning space node in the university campus,the library needs to transform from the traditional information center with single function to the compound learning center and service center as soon as possible.Based on the theory of informal learning behavior,this thesis takes informal learning space as the research object and discusses how to integrate informal learning space into university library.In the first part of the thesis,informal learning space is defined through theoretical research,and the development history of informal learning space in university libraries is sorted out and summarized,and space types and characteristics are discussed from the perspective of behavioral patterns.In second part,on the basis of theoretical analysis,in the form of questionnaire and on-the-spot visiting to case study of university library,found and summarized the current situation of the library in informal learning space problems,and analyze the factors affecting the design of the informal learning space,put forward university library informal learning adaptability space design,integration,diversification and humanization four principles.In the third part of the thesis,four strategies of informal learning space design in university library are put forward through case analysis,namely,reconstruction and expansion strategy of space extension,multi-type compound strategy of function allocation,public accessibility strategy of spatial distribution and behavior guidance strategy of environmental facilities.This thesis hopes to provide active guidance and reference for the transformation of contemporary university library space and the design of informal learning space through the systematic discussion of informal learning space in university libraryThis thesis contains 53000 words,and contains 118 pictures and charts.
