| The application of BIM technology in subway projects plays an important role in improving design efficiency,reducing design errors,optimizing construction schemes,improving subway industry informatization,and promoting the transformation of subway project construction management models.However,for the subway project cost management,due to the large volume of the project,many specialties involved,complicated interface management,complex construction environment,and frequent project changes,it is difficult to control the cost of the construction phase.However,the research on the theory and method of cost management of subway projects based on BIM technology is still insufficient.One of them is that the application points of BIM cost control in the construction stage are more scattered,and the main body and functions of the cost control system are not clear,resulting in the ineffective application of BIM technology.To improve the management level of metro project cost,it is necessary to analyze the key influencing factors of metro project construction stage cost,and build a BIM cost control system and BIM5 D cost dynamic control system for engineering changes.First,through literature research,identify the main influencing factors of the construction cost of the subway project,and build an evaluation index system from the three dimensions of socio-economic factors,technical factors,and management factors,and build an evaluation model based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to rank the influencing factors of the cost and determine the project.The change is a key factor that is controllable and manageable,and the construction organization is designed to be an important factor that is controllable and manageable among the management factors.Secondly,construct a metro project engineering change management framework,apply BIM technology to installation engineering design optimization,support structure design optimization,collaborative design management,etc.for design change management and control;and from construction plan optimization,real-time calculation and multi-dimensional statistical engineering volume,changes Ex-post management and other construction change management and control,to achieve the purpose of cost control.Furthermore,expand the BIM5 D cost dynamic control mechanism research,construct a BIM5 D construction cost dynamic control system led by the general construction contractor,and implement the cost management responsibilities of the main participants;and from the construction progress management,dynamic construction cost control,subcontractors fine Research on four main aspects,such as chemical management and resource optimization,to form a complete BIM5 D construction cost controlsystem,and control construction costs by controlling construction costs.Finally,the Guangzhou Metro Station project was used as a case study to apply BIM technology to optimize the design and construction plan to reduce ineffective costs;and to verify the feasibility and application value of BIM5 D cost control.The results of the research not only reveal the root cause of cost overruns in the construction phase of the subway project,expand the application focus of the construction cost management of the BIM technology in the construction phase of the subway project and build a change management and cost control system;they can also strengthen the practitioners of the construction of the subway project to control the BIM cost The understanding of the feasibility and feasibility will help the owner to reduce design changes and construction plan changes and improve investment efficiency;help construction contractors to carry out refined cost management,control costs and increase profits,and then help construction units control the cost. |
