| As a basic engineering construction project,it occupies a crucial position in the level of social and economic development.But under the traditional project management model,cost control is not the most concerned issue of all participants,and the construction party wants to maximize the economic benefits of the project when completing the settlement.Because there is no standard project cost control process from the design stage,engineering changes are not uncommon during the construction process,and engineering claims often occur.Project lags and large-scale rush periods often occur.These current conditions are in traditional projects.The management mode will cause a lot of waste of engineering resources,including human,material and financial resources.The emergence of BIM5D technology has found a new solution for these engineering problems.This article is based on these status quo,combined with theoretical basis,based on BIM5D technology,using earned value analysis as a research method,applied to the A project,to demonstrate the advancement of BIM5D technology.In the first chapter,the thesis lists the research background and significance of the research,the current research status at home and abroad,and the main content structure of the thesis.In Chapter 2,the thesis first introduces in detail what BIM technology is,including the connotation,related software,and characteristics of BIM technology.Then it enumerates the existing cost control methods and control status in our country.On this basis,the improvement method proposed by BIM for the traditional cost problem is proposed,which is divided into the pre-construction,construction and completion stages.Then it introduces the construction idea of BIM5D model in detail.These theories are used to pave the way for the third and fourth chapters.The third chapter will use BIM technology to empirically apply it to A project cost control.First,it will explain the project situation in detail,the current status of cost control in the construction phase of the project,collect project data,and then build the BIM5D application platform.The fourth chapter analyzes the cost data of the BIM platform combined with the earned value analysis method,including cost prediction before construction and cost control during construction,forming a cost control system during the construction phase.Combining these theoretical foundations and empirical application on Project A,it is confirmed that BIM technology can indeed reduce engineering changes,predict in advance,reduce design errors,rationally arrange construction,reduce schedule costs,construction costs,and have significant economic benefits. |
