Research On The Cost Control Of Nan Fang Garden Construction Project Based On BIM5D

The statistical data of construction industry in recent years mark that the growing rate of the construction industry in our country has been overall declining continuously.Business of construction enterprises that mainly concentrates on housing construction has also been shrinking.And the sharp increase of competition even endangers the survival of lots of media and small construction enterprises.What is worse,Low price tender under the industry rule squeezes the profit of the construction enterprises.Absence of effective methods and tools on cost control leads to construction cost management out of control and it also causeshuge loss to project management.It's proved by facts that traditional cost control mode cannot meet the need of modern projects.This industry is calling for new technology and new method.And there are distinct advantages if we apply BIM5 D information integration platform as well as its powerful data processing capacity in construction cost control.Based on the information above,this paper,taking the construction cost control of Nanfang Garden as an example,has a systematic research on the construction cost control under BIM5 D technique.By analysis,we get the main conclusion as below:(1)This paperstates the development of BIM technique and the application principle of BIM5 D technique in construction cost management,and analyzes the advantages of BIM5 D technique in cost control.It then points out the possibilities of applyingBIM5 D techniqueto cost controlduring construction period.Meanwhile,with the mainline of project construction process,this paper concretely analyzes the application flows and technical essentials when BIM5 D technique is applied during construction period.And it finally proves the operability and practical significance of BIM5 D technique in construction cost control.(2)This paper builds a construction cost control decision-making mode based on BIM5 D,It applies BIM5 D technique into the decision-making period on construction cost control plan.By calculating similar data,the system retrieves the cost plans of similar projects from the enterprises' BIM project library and chooses the preliminary plan,then it develops its final plan by BIM5 D technique,which is “ based on evidence and better than the excellent”.Therefore,it will improve the decision ability of the cost control manager.(3)This paper reveals the remarkable effect of BIM5 D to the cost control in construction implementation period by building construction cost control dynamic control mode,analyzing BIM5 D model process-cost relevant theories,detailedly stating the construction cost dynamically controlling the processing flows of BIM model and positively analyzing the concrete application of cost monitoring,cost forecast,cost warning and cost correcting deviation system of BIM5 D in construction implementation period with Nanfang Garden as the example and by combination of earned value and adopting “ process-cost” date attaching technique.
