| Under the “new normal”economy,Construction project cost control becomes one of the main control objectives,Project final settlement costs tend to be higher than budgeted investments,Reduce its investment income,Much of that comes from engineering changes.The construction project is a project with long construction period and comprehensive construction,units﹑divisions﹑sub-projects,cost﹑quality﹑period of time mutual influence and mutual restriction.Therefore,the impact of engineering change on project cost and control research are particularly important.J project is a small business project,have a relatively complete construction team,but as the project progresses,from the early stage to the operational stage,eccessive change ﹑ incomplete process ﹑ and management disconnection,what is directly affected is the increase in costs,advertising spending has been reduced,visibility is affected,so construction cycle is too long,and the capital is too slow and the investment income is too low.This paper analyzes the impact of engineering change on the cost of construction project by example,evaluate the risk and necessity of engineering change through evaluation system,and the application of the whole life cycle management theory to the cost effective control﹑shortening construction cycle,enhance competitiveness,to keep it healthy and healthy,the necessity of research is further verified. |
