Research On Construction Cost Control Method Based On BIM5D Technology

With the vigorous implementation of information technology by the state,BIM5 D technology is more and more widely used in the construction industry,especially in the process of project construction control.All construction parties use it for information exchange,and use BIM5 D technology to realize the dynamic management and control project quality,so as to accurately reduce the operation cost and effectively control the construction period,It can realize more accurate construction cost control,improve the accuracy of cost control and the efficiency of project management,and finally realize the dynamic cost management of the whole project.After summarizing the application value of construction cost management theory and BIM5 D technology in construction cost control,this thesis constructs a project construction cost control system based on BIM5 D technology and earned value method.In the aspect of earned value method,the thesis analyzes the basic principle of earned value method and the deficiency of traditional project cost control method,expounds the feasibility,necessity,function and difficulty of BIM technology in construction cost control,then explains the basic composition and construction flow of BIM5 D model,analyzes the principle and flow of the combination of BIM5 D and earned value method,and introduces the application cost control technology based on BIMD.In this thesis,BIM5 D technology is applied to the construction cost deviation monitoring by combining the project with the project of Shuangfeng Road,and the construction cost control is analyzed by pre-warning the construction cost,and the application of BIM5 D technology and earned value method is realized.The application benefit of BIM5 D model is analyzed.Depending on the calculation results,feedback and optimization of the double peak project,the final production direct economic benefits reached 119.879 million Yuan,which verifies the feasibility and scientificity of BIM5 D technology.This thesis introduces the scientific idea of construction cost control of BIM5 D technology,and raises the management level of enterprises from the technical level,so that the enterprise’s own management ability and cost control ability can be effectively promoted,enriching the theoretical research of construction cost control of construction industry.
