The town is the focus of the country's new urbanization construction.The construction status of the county town not only affects the living standards of residents but also reflects the city's livability development level.Therefore,it is very important to evaluate the city's livability for the county town.The purpose of the evaluation is to build a livability evaluation index system suitable for the county from the perspective of the community,measure the livability of Huaining County,explain the status and spatial characteristics of the livability of Huaining County,and reveal the county The key problems and weaknesses faced by livability construction provide references for the planning,construction and management of livable county.The research structure of this article is divided into three parts.The first part is the basic research of chapters 1,2,and 3,including the introduction,the review of urban livability research,and the basic overview of the research area.The second part is the chapters 4 and 5,Including the construction of Huaining County's livability evaluation model and analysis of Huaining County's livability evaluation results;the third part is Chapter 6 of this paper,which mainly discusses the strategy of Huaining County's livability planning,including planning objectives and overall positioning,Two parts of the livability planning strategy.Livability in cities has become a consensus of urban development,a source of motivation for the subsequent development of urbanization,and is of great significance for improving the quality of urbanization.The county town is currently the focus of new-type urbanization and the foundation for promoting the construction of livable cities.Under this background,this article takes Huaining County as the research object.First,on the basis of the summary of existing existing research and the compilation of basic data,the analysis combines the survey of Huaining County's natural geography,social economy and urban construction.,And integrate the residents' life circle theory to construct an evaluation index system suitable for county livability,so as to measure the livability of Huaining County.In the construction of the county city livability evaluation index system,after the derivation and revision of the evaluation index,modification and optimization and other perfect processes,the county city livability evaluation index system was finally determined in 6 dimensions and 23 indicators.Then use entropy method to get the weight value of each dimension and each index.Then,empirical analysis is carried out to evaluate the livability of Huaining County.First,the entropy method is used to evaluate a single dimension,and the weights of each dimension and each element of the county livability evaluation based on the calculation in Chapter 4 are obtained.After obtaining the weight values of each dimension,the comprehensive index method was used to calculate the livability score of the 8 communities in Huaining County.The livability score of Huaining County was calculated,and the evaluation results were analyzed to reveal the current livability status of Huaining County and Spatial characteristics.In order to make the evaluation results more scientific and better reflect the scientific and human-oriented goals of livability evaluation,this article combines the subjective satisfaction evaluation method of residents to measure the scores of various indicators,dimensions and communities in the livability evaluation indicator system.,Analyze the subjective evaluation results of livability in Huaining County to verify whether the objective evaluation results are reasonable.This article uses a combination of subjective and objective methods,introduces residents 'subjective satisfaction evaluation,by issuing residents questionnaires to survey residents' satisfaction with the county's livability,and calculates the satisfaction score.After that,the evaluation results are analyzed in combination with the subjective and objective evaluation scores of the county's livability,and the spatial pattern and problems of the county's livability are analyzed.In addition,according to the analysis of the evaluation results in Chapter 5,the problems of livability in Huaining County are found.Combining with the long-term development goals of ecological livability,people's happiness and outstanding characteristics in Huaining County,it is clear that The overall positioning of the "travel,quality culture" planning,and put forward the livability planning strategy of Huaining County.Finally,the main conclusions of this article are obtained,at the same time,the main innovation points and research deficiencies are summarized,and the future research is also prospected.Figure [38] table [9] reference [83]...
