Study On The Renewal Strategy Of Qingcheng Historic Urban Areas Based On Livability Evaluation

At present,our country’s urban renewal is experiencing the period of rapid urbanization development of the stock of incremental expansion to the development of high quality improve transformation process,more emphasis on the needs of the people as the core,the habitable become the development trend of China’s urbanization,and as a city is the important part of the history of the city,and puts forward new requirements on livability.Based on the lack of livability in the renewal process of Qingcheng historic urban area,this paper evaluates the livability of the historic urban area of Qingcheng,and puts forward corresponding strategies for the renewal of the historic urban area of Qingcheng,so as to reflect the human-oriented urban temperature in the urban renewal,and make the environment of the historic urban area of Qingcheng more livable.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part,namely chapter 1 to 3.It is the preliminary stage of the research object and also the stage of raising questions.By studying relevant literature,field investigation,questionnaire distribution and other means,the current situation of the research object is analyzed and sorted out,the current situation and characteristics of the research object are expressed,establishment of evaluation system and reasonable research ideas and methods are established.The second part,namely chapter 4.It is the application of livability evaluation index system of the historic urban area of Qingcheng,and it is also the stage of analyzing problems.Based on the previous analysis and relevant theories,this chapter evaluates the "pleasant environment","comfortable living","complete facilities","social harmony","profound culture" and other five dimensions of the historic urban area of Qingcheng,according to the evaluation results,the paper analyzes the problems in the renewal of the historic urban area of Qingcheng.The third part,namely chapter 5.It is put forward on the basis of the evaluation of livability of the historic urban area of Qingcheng in the previous chapter.It is the discussion stage of renewal strategy put forward for livability issues,and also the stage of solving problems.In order to improve the livability of the historic urban area of Qingcheng,the renewal strategies are put forward for the related indexes of the "pleasant environment","comfortable living","complete facilities","social harmony","profound culture" and other five dimensions,including spatial node optimization,weaving ecological network;Improve the living environment,comprehensive renovation of buildings;Configuration of service facilities and optimization of traffic network;Improve the participation mechanism,community management update;The function of the block is improved,and the cultural characteristics are reshaped.The fourth part is the conclusion and prospect of this paper,which summarizes the main research conclusions,innovations and deficiencies of this paper,and looks forward to the further development of the research.
