Study On Evaluation And Renewal Strategy Of Environmental Livability In Old Residential Quarters In Chengdu

As China's overall national strength continues to increase and per capita GDP continues to grow rapidly,the people's demands for material life are getting higher and higher,and the people's good life needs to become more and more extensive,placing higher demands on material and cultural life,and therefore the old Residential neighborhoods are faced with material ageing and structural decline and are faced with the need to respond to the development of the times.Faced with the transformation of the old city that has been massively rebuilt into reconstruction,how to reflect the necessity of reformation in the flood of renovation and renovation and ensure the livability of old residential neighborhoods is an issue worthy of further study.In recent years,the rise of livable cities in the country has escalated.Many scholars have also conducted in-depth studies on the livability of cities from the macro perspective.But concretely,microscopically,there is less exploration of livability in residential neighborhoods,especially since many old neighborhoods are facing the problem of deteriorating living environment.Therefore,there is an urgent need for exploration and research on the optimization and transformation of residential neighborhoods,the direction of renovation,and methods for updating them.This article attempts to establish a livability assessment system based on the needs of residents in the old residential neighborhoods,and will carry out an in-depth analysis of the environment of the old residential neighborhoods through the evaluation of livability,so as to propose a more scientific and reasonable strategy for the renovation of old residential neighborhoods.This paper mainly studies from the following four aspects:(1)Analyzed the update process of old residential quarters at home and abroad and Chengdu,investigated and investigated the environmental status of the old residential neighborhoods in Chengdu,and fully understood the renewal mode and current development stage of the old residential districts,and adopted domestic In addition,the research status,supporting theories,and literature data on livability evaluation have led to the preliminary finding of the environmental factors,the content of livability evaluation,and measurement standards for old residential neighborhoods.(2)Based on the above theoretical study,the author first determines the basic steps of evaluation,and establishes evaluation targets and evaluation objects in order according to evaluation steps,and builds a series of processes such as screening and evaluation of residents' questionnaires to evaluate the indicators and expert empowerment.Resident index system.After determining the evaluation method,a livability evaluation system for the environment of old residential areas was established.(3)Based on this,the actual use of livability evaluation will be conducted through the Renbei District of Chengdu.According to the complete and detailed survey on the status quo and the local residents' questionnaire interviews,the indicators were scored and the evaluation results were analyzed.After the evaluation questions,the updated methods suitable for the old residential districts in the north area were summed up for retrofit design.(4)After the establishment of a set of livability evaluation systems for old living neighborhoods and practical case studies,the principle of environmental livability updating in old residential quarters was formulated,and the strategy of environmental renewal for old residential districts suitable for Chengdu was summarized.
