Characteristic Town In Hubei Province Comparative Analysis And Planning Design Strategy Research

In recent years,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has announced two batches of nationally-listed towns,including 16 characteristic towns in Hubei Province.Hubei Province,located in the central part of China,has become a reform and experimental area for the planning and construction of China's characteristic towns because of its unique geographical location,natural landscape and long history of cultural and cultural heritage.Under the guidance of relevant policies,Hubei Province began to develop characteristic towns,so as to catch up with the development of towns with Chinese characteristics.The development of characteristic towns can improve the construction level of new urbanization in Hubei Province,and it will surely achieve economic stability in the province.Sustainable development.How to plan and build a characteristic town with high standards and high requirements? To solve this problem,the industrial planning and spatial planning of the town is particularly important.It can be seen that scientific planning is an important factor in whether a small town can achieve reasonable development in Hubei Province.Hubei Province is known as the “Nine Provinces Wanted” and is located at the intersection of the economic belt along the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway.It is also the strategic core area for the rise of the central region of China.Therefore,Hubei Province has played a strategic role in connecting the eastern and western regions in the development of the national economic construction.The urban agglomeration with Wuhan as the center is developing better,but the population in western Hubei,such as Shennongjia and Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,has low population density,scattered towns and weak economic foundation.It is precisely because of the unique geographical location of Hubei Province that the planning and development model of characteristic towns in Hubei Province should be different from the planning and construction mode of characteristic towns in some coastal economically developed provinces in eastern China.Therefore,it is impossible to build a characteristic town with the same standard.It is necessary to find a corresponding characteristic town planning and construction plan in combination with different situations in different regions.The purpose of this paper is to identify and propose a planning and design strategy for characteristic towns that are suitable for the regional characteristics of Hubei Province.The author of this paper has inspected 16 national-level characteristic towns in Hubei Province,and selected 4 small small towns such as Longquan Town,Qiliping Town,Lishui Town,and Weihe Aifike Town,which are planned in detail or have been built.The town is the research object of this paper.Through the analysis of the relevant policy documents of Hubei Province,the existing traffic layout,the cultural heritage of the province,the basic geographic resources and environment,and the interpretation of the province's superior planning and the existing conditions for the construction of small towns in Hubei Province,according to Hubei The current construction and planning of provincial towns has selected four characteristic towns from 16 national characteristic towns in Hubei Province as the main research object of this paper.From the geographical natural environment,the choice of industry and the planning and design of characteristic towns,the comparative analysis of several characteristic towns is carried out,so as to summarize the different points and similarities of the planning and design of different characteristic towns.Provide scientific and reasonable reference for the planning and design of characteristic towns in the future.This paper firstly conducts a comparative analysis of the site selection of characteristic towns in Hubei Province,and then conducts strategic research from several aspects such as industrial development choice,town planning and design,and government policy guidance.This article will focus on the characteristic industries of Hubei's characteristic towns.Detailed analysis and research are carried out in the selection and planning of the town's spatial planning.At the same time,it focuses on the in-depth research on the spatial planning,transportation planning and town design of characteristic towns of different industry types.Finally,summarizing and summarizing the planning status of small towns with characteristics in China and analyzing and sorting out the characteristic towns cultivated at home and abroad,and drawing on the experience of the development of characteristic towns in other provinces of China,this paper proposes a development model of small towns adapted to the characteristics of Hubei Province and small Town planning and design strategy approach.It will provide reference for the planning and construction work of characteristic towns in Hubei Province in the future,and promote the development of the characteristic small town industry in Hubei Province,thus promoting the economic development of the province.
