Study Of The Planning For The Characteristic Town In Northwest Hebei Bashang Region

In recent years,the construction of the characteristic town spread in various provinces and cities in full swing,Hebei Province plans to build 100 characteristic towns around the capital.Zhangjiakou as the "back garden" of the capital,is rich in resources.Because of the cooperation with Beijing as the 2022 Winter Olympics held City,the potential development is expected,and it will undoubtedly become the focus of the construction.Northwest Hebei Bashang Region will become the focus of the construction of characteristic towns,because of its unique natural style,historical and cultural resources.Although Xiao Ertai and Chabei management area have been included in the characteristic towns construction list of Hebei Province.But Zhangjiakou is still economically underdeveloped areas.With the help of the construction of characteristic towns,it can be improved the level of urbanization,and will be able to achieve the Northwest Hebei Bashang Region sustainable and healthy development.As a new thing,the characteristic town,is spread rapidly throughout the country.But due to regional differences,the construction mode is not the same,Northwest Hebei Bashang Region is a special geographical unit.The construction of characteristic towns is different from Zhejiang and other developed areas which have been relatively mature in the construction model of characteristic town.The population density of Northwest Hebei Bashang Region is low,the villages are scattered,the economic base is weak,the first industry is the main industry,and the second and the third industry are limited,but this area has the unique natural scenery and human landscape,with the smooth hosting of the Winter Olympics,ice and snow and grassland tourism is rapidly developed.The characteristic towns of this area should be based on the township as the basic unit,gradually developed based on the existing construction and industrial.Therefore,the excavation of local characteristics,the development of the characteristic towns is an important opportunity for achieve local industrial restructuring and economic development.This paper discuss the conditions of location transportation,humanistic history,economic policy and natural environment in the Northwest Hebei Bashang Region,combines with the upper planning and the existing basic conditions of small towns,and according to a certain characteristic towns selection criteria,comprehensively selects eight small towns which integrated characteristic and development potential as the research object of this paper.It analysises the selected characteristic towns from the aspects of resources and environment,characteristics of industry and space characteristics of the form,and planning and designing the characteristic towns according to local conditions.And then based on the study of the existing urban planning and the characteristic towns,combined with the construction inspiration of the typical characteristic towns,the paper studies the location of characteristic towns in the Northwest Hebei Bashang Region,and then discusses the planning and designing methods which is suitable for the characteristic towns in Northwest Hebei Bashang Region.This paper puts forward the strategy research from the aspects of rational positioning,scientific planning,environmental priority and mechanism innovation,among which the spatial planning level of the characteristic town is the focus of the study.Focusing on the guidance of the following aspects,such as cultivation and arrangement of the industrial-oriented composite functional space,shaping the spatial image of characteristic towns,the township project landing implementation,and so on.And then promote the industrial transformation and feature creatation of small towns in the Northwest Hebei Bashang Region,to create a sustained and healthy development of regional economy.
