Research On The Construction Quality Control Of The Youth Palace Project In R City

The construction industry is one of the important factors to support our country’s economy.It plays an irreplaceable role in improving local economy,promoting local development,improving urban function and quality,and improving people’s living standards and quality.At the same time,what is not matched with the rapid development of the construction industry is that the quality level of some construction projects is not guaranteed as it should be,and quality accidents happen frequently,which cause potential property and personal threats to project users,and also cause huge losses from the macro perspective.Therefore,it is a win-win and only right choice for construction enterprises to strengthen management methods,improve management efficiency,apply scientific and efficient quality control means,strengthen quality control in the construction process of construction projects,especially public service projects,and ensure that the final delivered project quality can stand the test of time.In this thesis,the project of children’s palace under construction in r city is taken as the research object.Through field investigation,some problems in the process of project construction quality control are found.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems,the idea of introducing PDCA cycle method to optimize construction quality control is clarified,and the project construction quality control system based on PDCA cycle is constructed,which integrates the system into the daily management of the project In the process of work,PDCA is constantly used to achieve the goal of ensuring construction quality control.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows:first,a set of complete construction quality control system can be established for public service projects based on PDCA cycle,which is composed of principles,objectives,processes and guarantee systems;second,the practical test of r city children’s palace project shows that the quality system can be applied to public services through multiple cycles of planning,implementation,summary and improvement The construction quality of business engineering projects shall be effectively controlled.The conclusion of this study can be used for reference in the construction quality control of public service project construction enterprises.
