As our country economy is developing rapidly,the service industry as the tertiary is paid increasing attention,and the life service facilities is one of the important functions to ensure the operation of the city.Under the positioning of Harbin as a "Developing and opening central city along the border","North Asia regional center city",and "central city for cooperation with Russia","Top 10 national ice and snow tourism city",by virtue of the prominent industrial diving function of rail transit,it can promote the better and faster development of its surrounding living service facilities.Since the living service facilities have become an indispensable part of people's life,it is necessary to deeply explore the spatial process mechanism of the development of living service facilities around rail transit stations,combing with background of development of Harbin city to make a living service facilities around the rail transit site layout planning and development mode.Through relevant research background,research purpose and significance as well as relevant research at home and abroad,the content and methods of the research are determined,and research framework of the paper is constructed to understand the urban development mode guided by public transport,and to learn from domestic and overseas practice cases for reference.With analysis of Harbin railway traffic status,to understand current situation of Harbin railway transit lines,and the classification of Harbin rail transit site,it conducts statistics on living services at each site.Using the date envelopment method to evaluate the efficiency of urban rail transit system in Harbin,it is found that the operation efficiency of Harbin urban rail transit system is not high for the low utilization rate of passenger for rail transit.In order to have a better understand the passenger demand,through the questionnaire survey,it explores passengers' demand for life service facilities,passenger's satisfaction and demand for rail transit station and life service facilities,as well as the importance of rail transit station life service facilities evaluation;There is a survey of the comfortable distance from rail transit station to life service facilities;The demand degree of rail transit and life service facilities and the demand choice of life service facilities are calculated,which lays a foundation for the spatial layout analysis in the following paper.Combined with the characteristic of life service facilities,it sorts out the influence between rail transit station and life service facility agglomeration.Using the GIS research method to simulate the spatial distribution of life service facilities around urban rail transit stations in 2015 and 2019,it analyzes the dependence and development trend from of the life service facilities on rail transit stations in the space-time transformation.Combined geographical location,development direction,policy support and other factor to constructed five layout types,these five spatial types were statistically analyzed,and planning strategies were proposed for representative sites.Combined with the impact of the types of rail transit station on the life service facilities in Harbin,based on the research and analysis of the spatial form,by using the GIS,this paper analyzes spatial changes of the life service facilities rail transit station in spatial and temporal transformation.Based on the GIS analysis of he living service facilities near the railway transit station in Harbin and the construction of the conceptual space intention according to its spatial form,it plays a guiding role in the construction of the station.However,due to the Harbin rail transit limited have dredged,it can only analyze and grasp the spatial changes of living service facilities at the current station.The deficiency of this paper is that the spatial distribution of all site type and living service facilities cannot be fully grasped.
