With the construction of modern urban transportation, urban rail transit, which is one kind of shortcut, on time, green, safety and large-capacity means of transportation, has become the preferred way of passenger travel. At the same time, the rail transit network is increasingly expanding and the traffic sharing rate is rising, so that huge passenger flow has directly affected the original operation of the station and will brings safety accidents and hidden dangers. Thus, comprehensive analysis of the passenger flow status in the station and accurate determination of the level of facilities services have important guiding significance for these research on station safety operation management, passenger flow control, emergency disposal, station design optimization, streamline layout, etc.Firstly, on the basis of defining the layout of the station structure, this paper investigates the peak condition of station operation from the point of view of the station facilities service level. We complete these investigation and statistics of the typical node and regional infrastructure data, passenger flow data and satisfaction data.Secondly, according to survey statistics, this paper models the connection of key facilities in the station and passenger service process by using Topology Net. Then we analyze and fit traffic flow model at various facilities. Based on passenger perception a research method of overall service level classification is proposed. We determine classification of basic indicators of station facilities service level.Thirdly, based on dynamic cloud model, the theory of facility service level evaluation is put forward in this paper. We determine the standard cloud of the all services level by selecting facilities services level indicators and combining with cloud synthesis theory; According to the operational peak time data, we input cloud generator to generate the cloud to be identified; By calculating the similarity between the standard cloud and the cloud to be identified, we complete the service level evaluation; Through the state membership relation and Markova state transition theory, we analyze the dynamic changes of the facilities service level.We integrally realize the evaluation and dynamic prediction of the facilities service level.Finally, according to the above theoretical basis, this paper simulates the actual operation of Xizhimen station, combining field survey and data analysis, taking Xizhimen station of Beijing subway as the research object. We complete service level evaluation and verification through output indexes. The feasibility and practicality of this study is demonstrated, which provides theoretical support for the future evaluation of the service level on urban rail transit station facilities.
