| Under the background of economic globalization,the China’s policy of “the Belt and Road” and the Sino-US trade war,the competition is becoming increasingly fierce,between countries and countries,companies and companies,Manufacturing as a pillar of the national economy is particularly important.As one of the important indicators for judging manufacturing strength,intellectual property rights are increasingly valued by the state and enterprises.At present,western countries are actively formulating related protection strategies and offensive strategies for intellectual property right.Gradually business competition has transformed into competition for intellectual property.Patent layout as a purposeful,systematic and strategic innovation link has great research value.But at present,most of the patent layout knowledge system stays at the management level.Based on this phenomenon,this paper analyzes the knowledge of patent layout,and introduced the theory of the principle and application of functional design to establish a patent layout theory oriented to actual engineering personnel.The main content of this thesis includes the following three aspects:1.The methods of extraction of patent technology information is summarized by this paper.Aiming at the technical solutions of the existing patent/patent groups and the constructing technical system functional model and the functional unit matrix to realize the clustering of patent groups,a dynamic attribute model suitable for patent information mining in the patent layout is established,by transitioning the technical system function model to the effect chain model.2.The method of selecting the appropriate layout form and recommending it is formulated,through the analysis of the technology maturity of the target patent.By distinguishing the core requirements of the four patent layout forms,the operation steps of the target components under the four layout forms are further formulated.And by connecting the knowledge of the four layout forms to the knowledge of the component operation level,the docking of the patent layout knowledge from the management to the front-line designers was initially achieved.3.The component operation methods required for the patent layout are discussed in detail.In view of the established dynamic attribute model,through the use of tools such as scientific effect library,the replacement operation of the target component on the effect is realized,thereby driving the replacement of the component itself.By building the adjacency matrix as a bridge connecting the information of each component,the computer identification of the component information and the connection information between the components is realized.By establishing a structured scientific effect library,computer search for alternative effects can be achieved.Through the realization of the computer possibility of substitution effect search,a window assisting the layout operation with the computer is opened. |
