Study On Patent Layout Of Traditional Manufacturing Enterprises’ Transformation

With the growth speed of Chinese economic becoming slower,China begins to think about how to let the Chinese economic growth change from rapid to high quality.Our country’s traditional manufacturing start to think about how to upgrade to get new growth pole for high level development.Now as the effective way to achieve traditional manufacturing transformation,technological innovation is widely concerned.How to use patent layout to protect traditional manufacturing’ technological innovation to realize successful transformation is a burning issue at present.This paper summarizes the existing theories about :company transformation,patent layout,company transformation and patent layout,patent quality and patent layout and analyses the characters of some common patent layouts and driving modes of traditional manufacturing transformation.In addition,this paper also analyses the patent layout’s adaptability under different driving modes which is in the eyes of internal and external factors driving company to upgrade.What’s more,this paper takes H company as an example,analyses the process and driving modes of H company’s transformation,focuses on patent layout through the process of H company’s transformation and relative patent layout operating procedures.According to H company,this paper finds out some relevant enlightenments,including: driving factors of traditional manufacturing transformation’ patent layout,patent layout patterns of traditional manufacturing transformation,possible difficulties and solutions,patent strategy choices of company transformation.This paper studies traditional manufacturing enterprises’ transformation in the patent layout angle.There are two main contributions:1.Studies on common patent layouts’ adaptability in the process of traditional manufacturing transformation.2.Propose“SEVEN-STEPS” strategy to apply to traditional manufacturing transformation patent layout,including: define enterprise’s transformation target,analyze enterprise’s technology,analyze enterprise’s external environment and relative polices,define enterprise’s R & D direction,keep independent R & D,keep track of R & D result,retain regular maintenance.
