The Research On Innovative Design Methods Of Intelligent Products Based On TRIZ And Patent Circumvention

With the increasing attention of countries to intellectual property rights,the number of patent applications is also increasing in order to protect intellectual property rights.The party who has the priority to apply for a patent often sets up patent barriers to prevent the lateccomers from applying for similar patents,which requires enterprises to strengthen innovation efforts to break the patent barriers.For small and medium-sized enterprises with limited innovation capacity,patent circumvention can be used to achieve innovation and avoid infringement.Due to the increasingly complex innovation problems faced by the current design,it is difficult to meet the needs of design only by relying on a single theory.Therefore,this paper constructs an innovative design method that combines TRIZ theory and patent avoidance for the design of intelligent products.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:The QFD theory is applied to the determination of patent search terms.In the past,it takes a lot of time to determine the patent search terms,and the most accurate search terms can only be obtained by constantly screening and analyzing the search results.By using QFD theory to find out the specific needs of users for certain products,the retrieval efficiency and accuracy can be improved,and the products produced can better meet the market demand and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.It is proposed to establish a patent analysis table to find the most worthy of design circumvention target patents.Even if there is an accurate patent search term,the search results will be many.At this time,it is necessary to establish a patent analysis table based on the results,find out the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of each patent technology system,and make comparative analysis to find the most valuable target patent.Constructing a new design approach in patent circumvention.In the book read right to ask to avoid patent component analysis,interaction analysis is made,and establish the function model,get to avoid "unnecessary elements","restricted","potential disadvantage",by building conflict matrix,the material-field model for solution,and verifies the infringement determination and solution,Finally,two different examples are used to verify the design method in this paper.Through the above process,the target patent can be avoided.Under the premise of not causing infringement,the new product designed can realize the original function or better function of the target patent,which helps enterprises seize the opportunity to seize the market.
