Scientific and technological innovation is the power that dominates the quality and level of economic development of all countries,while patent is the index to measure technological innovation.Making rational use of the existing patent information for innovation has a important role on shortening the development cycle.Patent circumvention is a design method used to circumvent the patent barriers of enterprises,which can effectively break through the scope of patent product protection and achieve technological innovation.TRIZ theory is an innovative theory that summarizes thousands of high-value patents.Many scholars have applied it to patent circumvention and obtained many research results.However,the solution tools in TRIZ theory are so relatively abstract,that can’t be effectively used.Therefore,the introduction of extension formal model to express TRIZ tools and analyze patent products can effectively combine the advantages of both and make up for the defects of TRIZ theory.The main research contents are as follows:(1)After determining the patent text to be circumvented,Goldfire software based on TRIZ theory is applied for functional analysis.Through the patent circumvention module of the software,we can find and extract the component function information in the patent text.It can also build the functional model which shows the defect function of the patent product.The extension primitive model is used to build the object element,event element and relation element of the function relationship between the component and the component related to the defect function.The extension primitive model can analyze the feature information of the component in depth.(2)The relevant circumvention path is selected.The circumvention path is proposed based on the principle of functional tailoring and evasion.After determining the circumvention path,the main characteristic parameters of the evasive system are expressed by the delete transformation and displacement transformation in the extension transformation,and the expression after evasion is obtained.We use TRIZ solution tool to solve the contradiction,function or material field problems,and get the innovativescheme.(3)Based on the above research content,the paper puts forward the technical route of patent circumvention design based on extension innovation method and TRIZ theory.After obtaining the innovation scheme,the infringement judgment and patent analysis of the solution should be carried out: if the infringement is not infringed,the circumvention path is re-selected;if not,Goldfire is used to search the technical keywords,check the patent situation of the existing similar technology,and judge whether the solution has the possibility of authorization.This patent’s circumvention design method integrates two innovative theories.In order to circumvent the defect function,the whole component is no longer deleted or replaced.Instead,the basic element model and extension transformation in extension are used to deeply analyze the component information and understand the main feature elements that cause the function defect.In order to circumvent the design,only the features that affect the function realization are deleted or replaced.The extension transformation expresses the way of avoiding component,and gets the final expression of avoiding scheme to solve it.This method can use the formal primitive model to analyze the defect function,and get the preliminary scheme expression of the scheme before avoiding the design,which can reduce the complexity of the system re design.The expression of TRIZ tool through the formal model can help designers understand the TRIZ tool and use it more effectively for solution.
