Since the 19th National Congress of the CPC,Socialism with Chinese Characteristics has entered a New Era.Enhancing the ability of technological innovation and strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights have become a strong voice of the times.China's enterprises should adapt to the current situation and strive to gain development advantages.At present,there are many special researches on intellectual property management of large-scale enterprises,but there are few special researches on intellectual property management of small and medium-sized enterprises,especially on patent development of air disinfection industry.In this paper,LK company air disinfection technology patent development as the research object,to solve the LK company technology development direction is not clear,the existence of patent infringement risk and other issues.Firstly,starting with the patent retrieval of air disinfection technology,the paper uses quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to analyze the patent information,and gives the technical development route on the whole.Then,through the patent analysis of typical enterprises in the air disinfection equipment industry,the paper puts forward specific suggestions on the patent layout strategy of LK Company.In Chapter One,the background and significance of the topic and the method of this study are explained.In Chapter Two,the patent layout theory is summarized.In Chapter Three,the competitive environment of the air disinfection equipment industry is analyzed In Chapter Four,the patents of air disinfection technology are analyzed.In Chapter Five,the patents of typical enterprises in the field of air disinfection technology are analyzed.In Chapter Six,the status quo and opportunities of LK air disinfection technology development are analyzed.In Chapter Seven,LK's patent layout strategy is given,including increasing the number of patent applications in the field of plasma air disinfection technology,using patent blocking strategy,and actively seeking patent operation mode.
